Rosehill Farm Bed and Breakfast ( Thorp, Washington )
Rose Hill Farm is perched on a hillside 9 miles from Ellensburg, Washington. It is part of
a working farm, and offers fantastic views, fly fishing on the Yakima River, and much
more. The bed and breakfast offers rooms that are lavishly decorated. Two relaxing
lounges beckon you to come visit with other guests, or just curl up in front of the fire with a
good book and a cup of tea.
The cottage and studio offer self-catering facilities for family and friends, fisherman and
horseback riders. Deer roam freely and at certain times eagles nestle among the trees.
What ever your needs are we have it.
The main house has four bedrooms plus four bathrooms, two of which have soaking
tubs along with bathrobes. Luxury linens, comforters, quilts, soft pillows make this an
ideal place to really relax.
Sample Menu
Wake Up Call. A basket of muffins, tea or coffee delivered to your room.
Breakfast at 9 a.m. Consists of: Homemade Granola, yogurt, fruit, assorted cereals.
Followed by Roasted Red Pepper and Brie Omelet, toast and preserves. Tea, Coffee or
Juice.
Other items can be furnished at an extra cost.
Picnic basket or packed lunch. Evening meal if notified prior to stay

Opulent red and gold fabrics and classic furniture appoint this room. Beautiful views of
Kittitas Valley and Manastash Ridge. Queen size bed with luxury linens. Private bathroom
offering a large soaking tub, and separate shower.
April in Paris ensuite w/ Private bathroom
King size bed draped in French Toile de jour fabric, soft spring colors and the fantastic
view from your window makes this a very relaxing room. Private bathroom across the
hallway.
Lavender Lassie ensuite w/ Private bathroom
Quiet soothing lavender decor enhances the feel to this room. Sink into a warm comforter
and pillows on a Queen size bed. Enjoy the views from your window. Private bathroom
across the hallway.
Buff Beauty ensuite
Queen size bed wrapped in rich and elegant creams and earth tones. ensuite bathroom
offers soaking tub and separate shower. Enjoy hummingbirds in the garden and fantastic
views over the valley.

THE STUDIO:
Although small, the studio offers everything one person or a couple would need.
Decorated in the western style it gives you a feeling of the cowboy days.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom and shower. A very
comfortable queen bed and warm downy comforter with plump pillows gives you
everything you need for a good nights sleep.
For those cold nights you can light the wood burning stove and cuddle up to watch a
movie or television.
Outside your window you will be greeted by the horses in the corral just begging to be
petted.
Breakfast items are provided for you to cook at your convenience.
THE COTTAGE:
Tucked away between the trees and the river is the perfect place for everyone. Fly
fisherman will want to cast their line on the three miles of private Yakima riverfront.
Families will have the oppotunity to visit but still have plenty of room for alone time. Enjoy
a picnic on the riverbank, walk along the five miles of trails offered or just watch the
wildlife. If you love to ride then bring your horse and head on out to the hundreds of miles
of trails available in the surrounding area.
Accommodation: Cozy living room with gas fire, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms,
one with a soaking tub, mud room and laundry room for your convenience. Sleeping
arrangements for up to 8 people comprised of a loft bedroom with two singles and one
double bed. Separate bedroom with one double bed and downstairs sofa bed. The wrap
around porch lends itself to those who wish to enjoy the outdoor life. Whether putting
chicken on the BBQ or climbing into a sleeping bag to be under the stars.
A gift basket of coffee, tea, muffins, eggs and bread awaits your arrival. Thanking you for
