Welcome to Lady Neptune B&B Inn located in the Vicinity of Buckroe Beach Hampton
Virginia. Come right in and enjoy 8 acres of sand beach. Sunbath, fishing, swimming,
beach parties and live entertainment throughout the Summer. Early mornings are a blast
around here biking jogging walking and coffee sipping on the porch. Enjoy a scrumptious
breakfast on the deck, our wild life will perform for you in the most beautiful setting of our
preserved wetlands. Afternoon tea and 5 o'clock, wine cheese & crackers are served
before your off to dinner.
Lady Neptune B&B Inn is the place to be if your looking for the home away from home and
all in her midst. Pheobus our brother town is the home of Antiques, Art Galleries, The
American Theater continue on and take a step back in time to enjoy Fort Monroe,
Hampton History Museum, IMAX and the Party Village of Downtown Hampton.
This Victorian 1930 home was built by Mr. and Mrs. Willard P. Smith originally sat on
Hampton Point (Poole's Grant, 1642). In 1988, because the land which it sat upon was to
undergo new development, this Victorian house had to be demolished or removed. Mr.
Willard Smith (son of Willard P. Smith) and sibling, because of such fond memories of
living in this home, decided to sell her.
She's as lovely now as she was when she sat upon a barge and sailed on the
Chesapeake Bay to her present location in Hampton. Upon entrance Our Lovely Louis XV
sitting room with fireplace. Four of our bedrooms have Poster Queen size beds. Suite with
pullout sofa to accommodate an extra couple.
Rooms:
Raspberry Deluxe
$160.95 per night (double, occupancy). Elegant Louis XV Queen size bedroom suite.
Sumptuous view by day, but romantic by night! An Italian tiled Jacuzzi adorns this room
that also has an elegant Powder Room.
Ocean Bay View Room
$135.95 per night (single or double occupancy). Quaint but quite romantic, located on the
2nd floor of the Inn, Italian style claw foot tub bathroom just outside of your room Queen
size Two Poster bed & gentle views of the sky while you rest. Just the right place to cuddle.
The Orchid Suite
$180.95 per night (double, triple or quad occupancy). Has a queen size four poster bed
and the adjoining room opposite the French door, is complete with a full bath and pullout
sofa bed to accommodate 2 other guests.
Golden Madrid
$135.95 per night (double, occupancy). Located on our upper level across the lovely den
with a private bathroom. From this room experience a breath taking view from the window
box at sunset.
Important Guest Information:
* Reservations are required and must be secured by a deposit for a 2 night minimum
stay.
* Check in 3-6 p.m. (late check in available upon request).
* Check out time is 11:00 a.m. daily.
* A two week cancellation notice is required due to high volume in request for
reservations. No Refund. All cancellations and reservation date changes are subject to a
$20.00 handling charge regardless of date of cancellation or change. Guest are
responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure
date.
* No refund on Special Event held in the Peninsula of Virginia.
* All major credit cards accepted.
* In consideration of the comfort of others, we request no smoking inside. No pets.
Accommodations:
* A full southern, home cooked, delicious, breakfast buffet daily (see below).
* Air conditioned rooms, some with private half baths.
* A formal parlor and dining room decorated in Louis XV furnishings and a cozy fireplace
on the main level.
* An informal den area with television and quiet games on the second level. Sofa beds
and rollaway beds to accommodate extra family members available.

* Catfish, Grits & Buttermilk Biscuts - Chesapeake Crab Eggs Benedict, Shrimp, Eggs,
Grits & Gravy
or Smothered Steak, Grits & Eggs, Virginia Country Ham, homefries, Eggs, Biscuts
