Regular rate: $95.00 per night based on double occupancy
A comfortable bed and a chorus of birds just outside the window make starting each
morning a true joy in this room... views of Parriott mesa & adobe mesa.

The Moenkopi Kayenta Suite
Regular rate: $220.00 per night based on 4 guests
Spacious and comfortable this two room suite features two separate bedrooms located in
the lower level of the main house.
The first has 1 queen bed and the next has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Each bedroom has
a full bath.
Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated with area art.
Ideal for families or groups up to 5 traveling together. This suite also features a large private
family room decorated with a Navajo rug collection and saltillo tile throughout.
The Hovenweep Bungalow
Regular rate:$180.00 per night based on double occupancy
The rich woods and antique Navajo rugs provide a warm glow from which you can
contemplate the ancient ones that walked here before you. Sit above the orchard on your
balcony patio. Awaken to Porcupine Rim ablaze with vivid color.
This bungalow has 2 queen beds bed w/full bath, kitchen & BBQ.
The Fremont Bungalow
Regular rate: $180.00 per night based on double occupancy
Sitting above our 80 tree orchard, watch the sun rise over Parriot Mesa and Castle Rock.
Keep a look out for the mule deer grazing on our grass and munching a few apples! Relax
with the sound of quiet and singing birds.
This bungalow has 1 king bed w/ full bath, kitchen and BBQ.

* Check-in from 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.; check-out by 11:00 A.M.
* Check-in arrivals after 9:00 P.M. are discouraged and require advance notification.
RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS:
Room rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast. $15 per night for
each additional guest. Reservations are recommended and are assured with one night or
50% deposit (whichever is higher). Reservations received within 14 days of arrival will
require payment in full. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, personal
checks, travelers checks or money orders.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Cancellations must be received two weeks (14 days) prior to arrival date, for any portion of
your stay, or you are obligated for the full charge of reservation. Parties of 2 or more rooms
are subject to a 30 day (one month) cancellation policy and up to 100% deposit. For
cancellations received within 14 days of arrival date, the full amount of the stay will be
charged unless the space can be re-booked. A $20.00 service fee is charged for
cancellations.
DIRECTIONS:
Driving East on I-70 take Utah Exit 182 heading south on US191, 28.9 miles. Turn left on
Route 128 (east) along the Colorado River canyon for 15.5 miles. Turn right at the LaSal
Mountain Loop Road / Castle Valley Road. After 1.7 miles, turn right. Follow signs to Castle
Valley Inn.
Driving West on I-70 (from Colorado) take Utah Exit 204 off I-70 to Route 128 and follow 30
miles to the LaSal Mountain Loop Road / Castle Valley Road then turn left. After 1.7 miles,
turn right. Follow signs to Castle Valley Inn.
