Cali Cochitta Bed & Breakfast ( Moab, Utah, USA )
Located in the heart of spectacular "Red Rock Country... a wonderland of breathtaking
panoramas, Cali Cochitta, the "House of Dreams" is secluded from traffic and noise ... yet a
short walk from local shops and activities 2 blocks east of main street.
One of the first homes built in Moab, Cali Cochitta is a late 1800's Victorian home, restored and
renovated to its original classic style. At least one morning during your stay, we urge you to wake
early. Sit on the front porch with a cup of fresh ground coffee, tea or freshly squeezed juice and
enjoy a Southern Utah sunrise ... it's a sensory experience you'll not soon forget.
Rooms and Rates:
Cali Cochitta offers three large guest rooms, one suite and a cottage. Each room has its own
private bath with Queen-size beds and cable TV’s. Names of rooms are synonymous with the
area's Indian culture.

Suite Cochitta — "Sweet Dreams" has 2 bedrooms adjoined by an open doorway with a curtain
closer. 1 room has a queen bed and the adjoining room has a double bed. Perfect for family
accommodations. Private bathroom is located just steps outside the doorway. Views of the
LaSal Mountains and nearby Lion's Back Rim.
Season Rate: $135.00 1 room use only & $165.00 for 2 bedroom use (3 persons)
Off Season Rate: $95.00 1 room use & $130.00 for 2 bedroom use.
Suite Cochitta extra guest rate: Adults 18 years and older $15.00 per person/per night. Children
under 18 will be $10.00. Travel crib available for guest use.
Cane — "House Holder" is a very comfortable and spacious room with private bath. Decorated
in exquisite furnishings. A queen size mahogany sleigh bed that requires steps to get up onto
and matching furniture rest on the original refurbished hardwood floors. French glass doors
covered with beautiful detailed draperies make for a very romantic setting.

Cenca — "Very Quiet" is the largest room, with private bath. The beautiful wood furnishings and
comfortable atmosphere assures that you will enjoy a good night's rest. This upstairs corner
room is very bright with a beautiful view of the nearby La Sal Mountains.

Alebrejas — "Wing Dreams" is located downstairs, and is decorated in beautiful cherry wood
furnishings and a private bath. This room has its own entrance and is located close to the main
living area of the home.

Garden Cottage: Cozy historic cottage with a beautiful tiffany full bed upstairs and a sitting room
downstairs. TV with VCR. Bathroom with shower. A/C and refrigerator in your room. Private off
road parking. $160.00 season/$120.00 off-season
Willow Cottage: A small private cottage with a Queen size rod-iron bed and private bathroom
with shower. Satillo tile floors. Bistro table set in sitting area. TV with VCR, bathroom with
shower. A/C and refrigerator in your room. Private parking space. $145.00 season/$105.00 off-
season.
Terms & Conditions of Stay:
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the Inn. We do not allow smoking on the
premises.
Check-In time is 4:00-6:00 pm daily. If your travel plans require a late arrival, please call us in
advance for Late Check-In Procedures.
Checkout time is 10:00 am.
CANCELLATIONS:
We are a small destination property. Every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
We require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your room(s) or cottage(s) and your full
payment upon your arrival at the B&B.
Cancellation policy:. If you cancel 15 days or less, we will retain 100% of each rooms nightly
rate. Please understand that you are responsible for, and will be billed for, your entire
reservation. If we rebook your room(s) or cottage(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Gourmet Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners:
Join fellow world travelers each morning for a hearty breakfast including, but not limited to, fresh
seasonal berries with whipped cream and our secret Grand Marnier sauce, fresh squeezed
juices, homemade muffins, and hot breakfast entrees. Special requests as boxed lunch or
complex as an intimate candle light dinner can be easily accommodated. Just notify us of your
special request the night prior.

Discover paradise in Moab! We are located within minutes of Arches and Canyonlands National
Parks, Dead Horse Point, Fisher Towers and the infamous Slick rock Bike Trail. Enjoy world
class hiking, mountain biking, jeeping tours, scenic air rides, horseback riding, rafting, kayaking,
as well as challenging golf and shopping ... or do nothing at all. The choice is yours.

Our love of hiking, biking and camping brought us to Moab. Cali Cochitta is the culmination of
our dreams, to provide exceptional food and service in a setting comfortable enough to call
home.
David has more than twenty years in food management. He has worked for Country Clubs and
fine restaurants. His catering experience includes functions for National and International
organizations and dignitaries including President George Bush. He has catered to groups as
large as 5,000 and has received numerous awards for food and table presentation.
Kim has a natural genius for decorating -- and her creativity is showcased in each unique room
of the Inn. She is passionate about gardening, inventing clever crafts and art pieces, and has
even been known to make furniture when she can't find what she wants! Her warmth and
personality have made her a well known and well loved member of the Moab community.
