quietly along a tree covered lane. The Anniversary House Bed and Breakfast was built in
1926. Newly renovated and expanded, The Anniversary House combines the traditional
warmth and character of the period with contemporary amenities including cable TV/DVD, air
conditioning and a private baths. All five bedrooms are as different in character as the four
seasons, each room having its own unique setting that captures the feeling of a year round
getaway!

The Anniversary House is located within walking distance from the Tony award winning Utah
Shakespearian Festival and the Southern Utah University Campus. Our bed and breakfast
inn is also only one block from Main Street, Cedar City, which boasts quaint shops and
numerous restaurants.
Guest Rooms:
The Spring Room - Features a 7' tall antique walnut, Eastlake queen-size bed with a down
overlay and a matching marble topped dresser and nightstand. It has a private bath, large
window and ceiling fan. The theme for this room is yellow roses - perfect for that
"springtime" feeling!
Maximum Occupancy: 2.
Room rate is $99 per night.
The Summer Room - A king-size Mission style bed with a down overlay gives this room
exquisite comfort. It has Craftsmen period wallpaper in deep green and bronze tones. There
is an antique empire style sofa, two large windows, and a private bath to make your stay
memorable. Other amenities include: a ceiling fan, wireless internet and cable TV/DVD.
Maximum Occupancy: 2.
Room rate is $119 per night.
The Fall Room - A king size bed, autumn colors, hardwood floors, antiques and a beautiful
walk in slate shower provides a cozy feeling, making it a perfect spot for a nice afternoon
retreat. More amenities include a ceiling fan, TV/DVD and wireless internet.
Maximum Occupancy: 2.
Room rate is $119 per night.
The Oceanside Room - You can almost smell the ocean breeze when you stay in this
nautical themed room. Enjoy the fireplace, a king size bed, romantic lighting, two sitting
areas and a private bath. Other amenities include cable TV, DVD, wireless internet and
much more.
Maximum Occupancy: 3.
Room rate is $129 per night.
The Country Suite - Room to stretch! This suite has two 7' tall antique queen-size beds with
a touch of country decor. There is a private bath, separate sitting area with a table for two and
a full size couch that can accommodate a 5th person comfortably. Other amenities: ceiling
fan, TV/DVD, cable and wireless internet.
Maximum Occupancy: 5.
Room rate is $139 per night.
Our Policies:
Our rooms range in price from $90 - $129 per night double occupancy and include a full
breakfast, but do not include State or Local taxes. A $15 charge will be added for each
additional guest.
A credit card number is required to hold the room. Because of our size, cancellations affect
us greatly. Therefore, we strictly adhere to a fourteen (14) day cancellation policy for full
refunds. Any cancellations less than fourteen (14) days will be charged the full room rate for
all reserved days.
Smoking:
We provide a smoke free environment
Check-in:
Check-in is from 3 pm to 8 pm. Please advise us if you will be arriving later than 8 pm or you
would like to check-in earlier than 3pm.
Check-out:
Check-out is 11 am.
Children:
Our goal is to provide a relaxing and peaceful environment for all of our guests. We therefore
ask our guests to seek prior approval before bringing children under the age of 12 years.
Discounts:
One discount per guest per room. If eligible for more than one discount, only the highest one
will be applied.
Pets:
We have an outside kennel for medium to large dogs at no extra charge.
