The Back Forty B&B Ranch & Retreat features privacy, both in living and dining areas. Relax and
restore while enjoying the beauty of this magnificent, pastoral setting. The view of horses, sheep,
and cattle grazing amidst the live oak trees is mesmerizing!
Spring and Summer Cottage Special $149 per night
The stable is now a wonderfully inviting guest house...with a charming loft bedroom overlooking
a honeycombed fireplace and cozy living room. The breakfasts are neatly hidden away in the
country cupboard.
Enjoy the hydrotherapy benefits of the old world sauna, the pool, and the hot tub, after a
therapeutic massage
Rates:
COTTAGES: up to two persons
Sunday Haus $175 per night
French Cottage $175 per night
Guest House $165 per night
(Minimum of two nights on weekends, some holiday weekends require three nights.)
SUITES:
Texas Size Suite
Garden Room Suite $165 per night for first two persons
$165 per night for first two persons
Additional persons are $35 per day
APARTMENT:
Bunkhouse $125 per night for up to two persons
The Bunkhouse is available for one to three months in the winter – January, February, and March.
For more than three night stays, during the week, there is a discount of 15 - 25 % depending on
how many days. There are no discounts during holidays or spring break weeks.
Breakfasts are Continental-plus in the Cottages and Bunkhouse, and full breakfasts are enjoyed
in the Suites.
Rates include use of the boat and canoe, fishing, and use of the pool March thru November.
Children over the age of 12 are welcome, and the Bunkhouse is the only pet-friendly unit. There
is a $35 non-refundable cleaning fee for a pet.

Lodging in one of our beautiful cottages for two nights, full breakfasts delivered to your door, two
one hour massages, use of the pool and spa center, use of the boat, and fishing if you like. Rate
is $199 per person, based on double occupancy. Available Sunday thru Thursday, with the
exception of holidays.
