Victorian wrought-iron greenhouse, the Conservatory will lead you to believe you have just

Conservatory. As you stroll in this wonderful environment, enjoy the sounds of the
waterfalls and watch the koy happily swimming in their own private pond. Then go to the

The restored two-story Texas Farmhouse is completely furnished with antiques from the
turn of the Century. It has two bedrooms: one upstairs, one downstairs, both have queen
beds. Fully furnished kitchen with working antique 1920's gas stove, working 1926 GE
refrigerator. Cozy living room with rocker & two loveseats; full bath upstairs with antique
claw-foot tub; 1/2 bath downstairs. Downstairs bedroom has antique teester bed.
Upstairs bedroom has antique iron bed and private sitting area. Equipped with central
AC/heat. No TV. Sleeps up to four, with possibility of third person (child) to sleep on cot
in sitting area upstairs. The Texas Farmhouse is near the barn area, and you'll be right in
the midst of our real working ranch. Great for people that would love to be up close &
personal with some of our favorite farm animals.

The Log Cabin
The 1800-style cedar Log Cabin is complete with wood-burning fireplace and antiques
from the 19th Century. It's two story, with a queen bed downstairs and two twin beds
upstairs. True to its era, there is not a cushy couch in the living area. The staircase is
steep, made in the style that is comenserate with its 1800's era. The bathroom features
an antique clawfoot tub with antique hand-held telephone shower. Kitchen with antique
sink is fully stocked with pots/pans/dishes/glassware/silverware, toaster, coffeemaker,
and a modern touch with a microwave. Dine on antique farm table. The refrigerator is
1926, so very small freezer compartment. Stove/oven is antique gas. Sleeps up to four,
plus extra cot if requested. Equipped with AC/heat. No TV. The Log Cabin is near the
barn area, not secluded, and you'll be right in the midst of our real working ranch. Great for
people that would love to be up close & personal with some of our favorite farm animals,
including the favorite ranch dogs, Roger Roo our resident kangaroo, and you will wake up

furnished with antiques from that era. From the living room area, there is a fabulous view
of centuries-old huge live oaks. This house features a Jacuzzi tub in one of the 2
bathrooms. Full kitchen (fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, silverware, coffeemaker,
microwave, toaster, refrigerator, oven/stove, etc.), large farm table in dining area. Front
porch with rockers and swing. It is perfect for a couple or family. Four bedrooms (two
downstairs, two petite upstairs) and two full baths; a queen bed in one bedroom
downstairs; twin beds in other bedrooms can be converted into a king-size beds.

The Dog Trot House
The Dog Trot House is a natural setting for small gatherings with plenty of open space
inside & out and includes a pool (not heated) and large deck & patio surrounded by large
live oaks. The front porch with rockers faces serene pasture. Two suites are separated by
large breezeway, so each suite has privacy. The suites may be rented separately or
together, and share the private pool. A fireplace adorns each suite, and they are both
equipped with central AC/heat. No TVs. The Dog Trot House sleeps up to ten in the entire
house. The pool at the Dog Trot house is for Dog Trot house guests only.
Complete house: $349 per night up to four people, plus $35 each additional person per

The Writer's Cabin
The Writer's Cabin is a small, secluded single-room cabin hidden back amongst the
liveoaks. If you need to truly get away, this is the place of perfect seclusion. It has an
efficiency kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, 5th burner, electric skillet; pots/pans,
glassware, silverware, dishes) and bathroom with shower, love seat in sitting area, front
porch and a back deck. Queen-size bed, sleeps two. Futon can be arranged in place of
loveseat for child, to sleep 3 total. Equipped with AC/heat. No TV.
$179 per night (single or double occupancy). $35 for additional person.
The Ranch House Studio
The Ranch House Studio is attached to the main ranch house, yet it's cozy and private,
with private stairs leading up to studio. It includes a mirrored bar/kitchenette (with
coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, small refrigerator, dishes, glassware, silverware) and a
balcony with view of front pasture & horses. Equipped with central AC/heat, TV/DISH
equipped. 3 bedrooms (each with queen beds), 2 1/2 baths. Sleeper couch in living room.
Sleeps up to 8. Recommended for "quiet" guests only, as owner of BlissWood lives in
Ranch House.

Enchanted Lake. Perfect for a weekend hideaway, with no TV. Equipped with AC/heat,

coffeemaker, stove/oven, under-counter refrigerator; shower. Bedroom area has jacuzzi
tub and vanity. Couch in living area pulls out to twin sleeper for additional person. Nice
open front deck.

The Bluebonnet Bungalow
Found and moved from nearby Cat Spring, this quaint early Texas house is nestled in the
woods. It is one-story, two-bedrooms, one bath, kitchen (fully stocked with pots/pans,
dishes, silverware, etc., microvave, coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator, oven/stove).
Bathroom features original clawfoot tub that remained in the house. Front porch to sit and
while away your time, have a cup of tea or glass of wine. Livingroom has sleeper couch.
AC/heat. No TV. Entire house can sleep 6.

The Gate's House
The Gates House is a three-bedroom, two-bath manufactured home located at the
entrance to BlissWood's Oasis. Short stroll to the Conservatory with pool, the Orchid
house, gardens, waterfalls and other beautiful scenes at the Oasis. The Gates House
features a large kitchen with dining area, plus a spacious living area and tasteful decor.
Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with twins which can be converted to king.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, microwave,
coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, stove/oven full-size refrigerator. Relax and have ac up
