The villa Madni, spacious and comfortable, enjoys a privileged location with magnificent
views over the valley. It has a swimming pool (open from April to October) you can also enjoy
during the summer evenings , and enjoy quiet places conducive to relax or nap.
It has air conditioning and a large fireplace with wood fire for winter stays. You will also find
a TV where you can watch videos and a DVD player. A collection of films is available as well
as a library for the reading public, and a fitness center and access high speed internet and
WiFi equipment. There is a bar with refreshing drinks and snacks can be used to order
lunch or dinner.
The rooms will provide maximum comfort and feature a private bathroom. The breakfast is
served on the terraces in summer and indoors in winter.

The Villa is located in the Madni nice neighborhood El Puntal on the outskirts of small
village Padul. This picturesque town of Andalusia, situated near the motorway A-44 (E-902)
towards Motril, is accessible by car Granada (10 minutes) or Malaga (1 hr 30).
FROM GRENADA
Take Calle Neptuno out of the city. Then take the A-44 (E-902) towards JAEN - MOTRIL. Take
exit 144 and follow PADULA Padula - Otívar.
FROM MALAGA
Take the Avenida Jacinto Benavente (N-331) to exit the city then the A-92M, direction
GRANADA. Au bout d'1 h 00 environ, prendre la sortie 230, direction SANTA FE - GRANADA -
SIERRA NEVADA et continuer sur l' A-92G . Pendre ensuite l' A-44 (E-902) en suivant JAEN-
MOTRIL . After 1 h about 00, take exit 230 towards SANTA FE - GRANADA - SIERRA NEVADA
and continue on the A-92G. Hang then the A-44 (E-902) following JAEN-MOTRIL. Take exit
144 and follow PADULA Padula - Otívar.

Padul has a heritage of 16 th century very interesting including the Church of Santa Maria la
Mayor, Casa Grande, a name given to the Palace of the Counts of Padul; Source of Five
Spouts and the laundry. The Hermitage of San Sebastian, built in the 18th century, houses
an interesting representation of the Patron Saint Sebastian.
On a hot summer day, a leisure complex, 5 minutes from the villa offers a large pool with
diving boards, a golf course, shaded picnic areas, playground for children and a tennis court.
A short walk from the villa, many bars will offer traditional tapas served with drinks. You
