The new owners are offering you a comfortable B & B, in the heart of the Laurentians. 4
beautifully decorated bedrooms, in a charming setting , with access to the garden, pond, fish,
fountain, natural spa, multiple outdoor terraces with seasonal access to ski slopes and
beaches. Nordic Spa, restaurants and boutiques.
Close to gastronomics restaurants and tourist attractions in the Laurentians, 4 km from
Saint-Sauveur and 40 minutes from Mont-Tremblant.

Your hosts, Marie-André & Priscilla, are happy to welcome you in an environment of relaxation
on their enchanted site of Mont-Hibou, right in the heart of the Laurentians.
Located at the top of the mountain on a 2 acres plot, this beautiful « Canadian » house will
surely please you! We wanted to create a warm and peaceful atmosphere so you may be able
to resource yourself with the joys of nature.
Moreover, for the beauty of the eye, and softness to the ear, we have lay out in front of the house,
a small pond with a waterfall and a fountain, surrounded by a carpet of flowers and shrubs of all
kinds. Comfortably stretched out in a hammock, we are confident that you will be able to fully
taste nature's beauties during your stay.
The Property:
INTRODUCTION
Our interior has been arranged with great care so you may fully enjoy your stay with us in a most
pleasant atmosphere.
After an outing, to the sound of fine music, you will be able to relax in our living room with its
fireplace and view on the pond. However, if you prefer, you can choose to watch a movie in a
quiet atmosphere.
Dining Room
Sober and decorated with taste, the dining room faces this large exterior terrace which gives a
splendid view of the mountain. During summer season, we can serve your breakfast on this
terrace to the harmony of the singing birds.
Moreover, you have the possibility to benefit from a second terrace, close to the pond. Whether
you are alone, with your love or with friends, you will let yourselves lull by the streaming water or
by the fountain jet while observing the variety of birds that are there. Who knows, maybe a family
of deer will come to visit?
Please note that you always have the privilege to have your breakfast in your bedroom.
Now that we have described the premises, let us tell you about our copious breakfasts. Here is
an example to put you in appetite.
For your soft awakening, we welcome you with a juice made of freshly squeezed fresh fruits.
Thereafter, the aromas of our coffee will certainly please people who would like to have a
lengthened coffee, an espresso, a cappuccino or a cafe au lait. Or if you prefer, we can also
offer you rich hot chocolate, tea, regular coffee, milk or herbal tea.
* All of our breakfasts are prepared with care and with first quality products.
* Our whole wheat bread with Grenoble nuts and oats is made on the premise.
* Our home made jams: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries.
* Our pancakes embellished with almonds, vanilla and other items.
* Our Benedictines eggs are served according to the «chef.
* Our famous bagel with maple smoked salmon along with a poached egg.
* To accompany these breakfasts, we have cheeses, cretons, pâtés, terrines and more.

On the second floor are located the four bedrooms. Two of these come with private bathrooms,
while the other two have a private washbasin with a common bathroom on the same floor..
Each of our rooms has been decorated according to a particular theme to ensure your comfort
and relaxation to the sound of background music with independent integrated volume.

What better way to relax then be sitting near a fireplace with a good book, while listening to
classical music or by simply watching a movie!
The most important thing is for you to be at ease, comfortably sitting.
For dictionary lovers, how about playing a game of scrale and for those who love challenges,
what about a game of chess!
During your leisure time, we can serve you a biological tea offered in different flavors: lemon,
blackcurrant or simply natural, along with a selection of cookies, or something else according
to your taste.
The Rooms:
Each room has been decorated with care, as well as being sound-proof for additional
discretion and tranquility. For your rest and comfort, each room comes with a queen bed with a
Simmons mattress of high quality. A feather quilt covers the bed.

CAPPUCCINO: Very Zen, in monochromic colors, it envelops us internally and calms us
instantaneously. The decoration as well as the furniture has been selected with great care. A
private bathroom with a shower has been put in. It faces the mountain, the forest in the back of
the house, and the sunrise.
CAFÉ AU LAIT: Very different, with a lot of sun, this bedroom with its colors green, vanilla and
lilac will gracefully please you. Well equipped with a private bathroom, you will feel like you are
in a garden at springtime.
ESPRESSO: In this room, you will feel like you are at the beach with its rays of sun and exotic
flowers. This room will brighten your day with its beautiful view of the garden with its waterfall. It
has been equipped with a washbasin and, a bathrobe is at your disposal. The main bathroom
is shared with the Allongé bedroom.
L'ALLONGÉ: This room has been decorated in a pastoral style. It will invite you to relaxation,
peace and reading. Decorated in different tones of blue, this room will surround you with a
feeling of warmth and peace. This room has a beautiful view of the garden. A washbasin, a
bathrobe and an electrical outlet are at your disposal. The main bathroom is shared with the
Espresso bedroom.

* A 30% deposit is required to confirm reservation (payable by cheque or Visa/MasterCard card).
* Arrival is at 3:30 PM and departure is 11:30 the next morning
* Cancellation 3 weeks prior to your arrival - no fees.
* Cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival - the deposit will be withheld.
* Cancellation within 48 hours prior to your arrival during peak period - 50% of the rate amount
will be withheld.
* Cancellation on the day of your arrival - 100% of the rate amount will be withheld.
* No refund for late arrival or early departure.
