Our guest rooms have distinct personalities, much like the areas of Nantucket for which they're named. We have thirteen charming rooms ranging from quaint singles and doubles with shared bath, to elegant queen and king rooms with working fireplaces, to spacious master suites. Oriental rugs, fine woodwork, and wide pine floors grace our rooms. And of course, we provide free wifi, TVs and air conditioning in all of our guest rooms. Returning guests often ask for ‘their’ room by name! You will too!

* High season rates also apply to special events and holidays throughout the year, including Daffodil Weekend, Wine Festival, Memorial Weekend, Nantucket Film Festival, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Stroll.A 3-night minimum stay applies to special event and holiday weekends. A 2-night minimum stay applies to the high season. Please inquire about 1-night stays during the high season, as they may be available from time to time.

If you would like to leave your luggage with us while you enjoy the island before check-in or after check-out we would be happy to store it for you.
Deposits: We require full payment at the time of reservation for stays of three nights or less. For longer stays we require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation, with the balance due upon arrival. Payment may be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or personal check (checks must be received within 7 days of reservation).
Children: We are pleased to accommodate children ten years and older.
Pets: Sorry, but we are not able to accommodate pets.
Group Rates: We offer group rates for weddings, company events, reunions... call us for more information.
Special Requests & Helpful Information: Beach towels are provided for our guests, as well as small coolers. With advance notice, we can have flowers, order champagne or make dining or other activity reservations.
We are a non-smoking inn. For the health, safety and comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the inn. Smoke residue is very difficult to eliminate from guest rooms. Therefore, we will assess a $100 cleaning charge to guest's credit card if there is evidence of smoking in the room. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellations received more than 14 days before check-in date will receive a refund less a 10% handling charge. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to check-in, regardless of reason, will only receive a refund if we are able to re-book the space with no loss to the inn. Early departures are treated as partial cancellations.
