Williams Gate B&B Private Suites offers two private, spacious and comfortable suite
accommodations in Old Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, within a short walking distance
to the Downtown, theatres, restaurants, shopping and Lake Ontario. One of the two
suites has two queen bedded bedrooms and the other one has one large bedroom,
with two queen beds. Each suite contains a living room, eat-in kitchenette, bathroom
and a separate entrance and can accommodate up to four people. Open all year round,
we are offering full, home cooked and baked breakfast served ensuite, at guests'
leisure, complimentary off-street parking, wireless Internet connection and great
hospitality to our guests.

Private Two Bedroom Suite - Main floor
Perfect for couples traveling together, or families, spacious Two bedrooms Suite can
accommodate up to 4 people in:
* Two bedrooms, each of them with one queen size bed;
* Living room with gas fireplace, cable TV, VCR;
* Private bathroom with tub/shower;
* Eat-in kitchenette with fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle;
* Separate entrance;
* Other amenities: air conditioning, off-street parking, wireless Internet connection, clock
radio, ironing facilities, hair dryer.
High season (May 1st to October 31st):
Weekday Rate: $225/night
Weekend and Holidays Rate: $250/night
Weekly Rate: 6 nightly rates (the 7th is complimentary)
Low Season (November 1st to April 30th):
Weekday and Weekend Rate: $200 Canadian/night/suite
Weekly Rate: 6 nightly rates (the 7th is complimentary)

Private One Bedroom Suite – Second Floor
Tastefully decorated One bedroom Suite is perfect for families, or guests who love their
privacy. The suite can accommodate up to 4 people having the following amenities:
* One large bedroom with two comfortable queen size beds;
* Living room with electric fireplace, TV/VCR;
* Private bathroom with tub/shower;
* Eat-in kitchenette with fridge/freezer, coffee maker;
* Separate entrance;
* Other amenities: air conditioning, off-street parking, wireless Internet connection, clock
radio, ironing facilities, hair dryer.
Policies
* Minimum stay required (During high season weekends and holydays.)
* Smoking is allowed outside only
* We cannot accommodate guest pets (We are truly pets lovers, but we cannot accept
pets, sorry!)
* Children are welcome
* No childcare is provided
* Deposit amount required (No deposit required. Reservations must by secured by valid
credit card information.)
* Check in time is 3pm or later and Check out time is 11am
* Cancellations:
Cancellations up to two weeks before the scheduled date of arrival: no penalty; within
the two weeks, but not less than 4 days before the arrival: half of the total rate is due; 4
days before: the total rate is due. A valid credit card information provided on the phone
will be required to confirm reservation. Once the reservation is confirmed you will receive
a Confirmation Letter, by email or by mail, as you prefer. Your credit card has secured
your reservation. Total rate is due upon arrival.
