While The Northridge Inn offers guests the choice of a Modified American Plan Lodge
Accommodation or a Lakeside Chalet, rest assured there is only one exceptional level of
comfort. With only a total of 24 accommodations (20 Lodge, 4 Chalets), intimacy, quality and
attentiveness are the order of the day.
All of our accommodation units boast wood-burning fireplaces and a spectacular lake view. For
our guest's total comfort and convenience, all Northridge accommodations are equipped with
satellite TV, telephone and internet access, individually controlled heating and air-conditioning,
hypo allergenic goose down duvets. All of our lakeside lodge rooms and private chalets are
tastefully decorated with Canadiana- style pine furnishings.
Whether you chose one of our 4 spacious self-contained chalets by the lake or one of our
comfortable lakeside MAP accommodation units in the main lodge, all Northridge guests enjoy
complimentary use of our sauna, hot tub, expansive sand beach, tennis courts, horseshoes,
volleyball and badminton, in-ground pool, paddle boats, canoes, windsurfers, snowshoes,
shuffleboard and mountain bikes.

Only four in number, the quality and comfort of these accommodations is truly exceptional.
Graciously sized at over 1000 square feet each, they are located at lakeside with a private deck
only steps from the water. Guests are afforded unencumbered 10 mile views up Lake Bernard.
The great room offers a cathedral ceiling, cedar lined walls and a dining area suitable for six.
While these fully equipped cottages can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, they are also
perfect for romantic couples seeking a quiet getaway together. With Jacuzzi tub, romantic
fireplace, private deck and fantastic lake views, couples can relax and unwind in the luxury and
privacy of our beautiful chalets by the lake. Our Muskoka Lakeside Chalets offer couples the
choice of preparing their own meals or enjoying a romantic dinner for two in Adrian's,
Northridge's fine dining room.

RESERVATION POLICIES
A deposit equal to one nights accommodation for a one or two night stay, or 30% of a long
booking (3 nights or longer) is required at the time of reservation. Your authorization to use your
credit card for the deposit confirms your compliance with the Northridge Inn & Resort
Reservation and Cancellation Policies and its terms and restrictions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are refundable, less a $60.00 administration fee, if written notification is received 30
days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations received with less than 30 days and greater than 7
days notice, result in the forfeiture of the deposit. "No Shows" or cancellations within 7 days of
arrival will have the total value of the reservation applied to their credit card. There is no
allowance made for meals not taken, early departure or facilities not used.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is any time AFTER 4:00 p.m. Guests arriving earlier are welcome to use the
facilities but accommodation cannot be promised before 4:00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. Stays beyond this time require an additional nights charge.
SERVICE GRATUITY / TAXES
For guests registered in the lodge (MAP), a 15% service charge is added to all rates which
eliminates the need for gratuities. All rates are subject to applicable taxes.
PETS
Regrettably we cannot accept pets.
