The Madison Manor is a beautifully restored Victorian mansion. We have 23 tastefully
decorated bedrooms. The Madison Manor Boutique Hotel is an ideal choice for those who
want the amenities and security offered by modern hotels, yet prefer the comfort and
ambiance of a small bed and breakfast inn. All of our rooms are non-smoking.
Located next to the Spadina and St. George subway stations we are just minutes from most
downtown Toronto attractions by public transit and a short walk to the University of Toronto
campus and the shops and restaurants in Yorkville.
Our rooms are furnished in the style of an English country inn with features ranging from
fireplaces, balconies and alcove windows.
Rates range from $89CAD-$194CAD depending on season of the year, size, location and
features of the room. A healthy continental breakfast is included each morning.

Features:
We have 23 tastefully decorated non-smoking rooms located throughout 4 floors of an
extensive restoration of a historic Victorian Mansion. Every room is individually decorated and
very charming.
All of our 23 rooms have private ensuite bathrooms, 19 (three- piece), 3 ( four piece). Our
three-piece bathrooms come with extra large shower (3'X4') with a seat. Most bathrooms
have an opening window.
In each room is a hairdryer, coffee maker, alarm clock radio, 25" colour TV with satellite and
cable, telephone with voice mail and extra wall jack for computer hookup.
Every room has its own telephone with voice mail. You can plug in your laptop into a separate
data port and check your email either by dialup modem or SDSL via an ethernet network card.
For your safety and comfort all rooms have individual thermostatic controlled heating and air
conditioning, smoke detectors and heat detectors, and in-room safes. Most rooms also have
ceiling fans and all have at least one opening window for fresh air circulation.
A complimentary continental breakfast buffet is set up for hotel guests in our restaurant next
door. For breakfast you can enjoy items such as a selection of cereals, muffins, croissants,
fruit, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, tea, and juice.
Our restaurant is open 11:00am to 2:00am daily, 365 days a year. We also offer our hotel
guests complimentary day pool/billiards in our VIP billiards room, with fireplace, when not
occupied. In our restaurant we also have rooms often used for private functions and
conferences. We are always happy to accommodate parties of 20 - 400 people.
The local community centre, BloorJCC offers our guests access to their swimming pool and
health club facilities at reduced daily or weekly rates.
