We welcome you to our bright, friendly home, tastefully decorated, smoke/pet free, central
refrigerator is located on the guest level.
If you need assistance for your visit, we are happy to recommend information on the area,
local restaurants and provide free passes for tastings and tours at local wineries. We also
offer "The Authentic Falls Experience" pass at a discounted rate. That is for 4 Great
Attractions for the price of 3 and All Day Transportation at Niagara Falls - this has proved
veryhelpful and popular with our guests.
ONLY five steps to each guest room, all of which have spacious ensuites. King 1 and
Queen rooms have a private walk-out balcony where you can enjoy an early-morning
coffee and listen to the many songs of the birds or relax and enjoy a late-night glass of
wine in the moonlight

Rooms:
King Room:
The King 1 room is very quiet and has a very comfortable King-size bed with pillow-top
mattress and designer bedding. The King room has a spacious ensuite with a large
5'-00" shower with a seat. The room has a ceiling fan and French Doors to the cedar
balcony which overlooks the perennial garden where one can watch the squirrels and
many varied birds at the feeders.
Our guests enjoy the balcony for an early morning coffee or a late-night glass of wine in
the moonlight.
The rate for the King room is $155.00 + GST
Queen Room:
The Queen room is very quiet and has a very comfortable Queen-size four-poster bed with
pillow-top mattress and designer bedding. This room is a favourite room for a romantic
getaway. The Queen room has a spacious ensuite with a large 5'-00" shower with a seat.
The room has a ceiling fan and French Doors to the cedar balcony which overlooks the
perennial garden where one can watch the squirrels and many varied birds at the feeders.
Our guests enjoy the balcony for an early morning coffee or a late-night glass of wine in
the moonlight.
The rate for the Queen room is $155.00 + GST
King Room 2:
The King 2 room is very quiet with a ceiling fan and a very comfortable King-size bed with
designer bedding. The bathroom is a very large four-piece ensuite (with tub/shower.)
The rate for the King 2 room is $155.00 + GST
Upon request, the King 2 Room can be converted to Twin beds.
Lounge:
A Fawlty Towers' Lounge is popular for reading and socializing. We are always on hand to
help you plan your day and ensure that you enjoy every part of your visit.
TV Lounge
We invite you to relax beside the fireplace while you plan your next day in
Niagara-on-the-Lake.
A TV and VCR are available for your enjoyment.
The Fawlty Towers comedy series is at hand for your viewing entertainment!
Your reservation is confirmed with your credit card number. Upon arrival, we accept
payment in cash (or travellers cheques) only. An ATM is located 2 mins. from our home.
Minimum 2-night booking required unless otherwise arranged by telephone.
Should you have to cancel your booking, we reqest at least 15 days notice. There is a
$35.00 administration fee for each room night cancelled. We will do our utmost to re-book
the room(s) but if we are unable to do so, full room charges will apply on each room
cancelled. Cancellations must be made by telephone.
Breakfast:
Enjoy your first early morning coffee on your balcony (in the King 1 and Queen rooms),
overlooking the spacious garden whilst watching and listening to the chorus of a large
variety of beautiful birds. Delicious varied gourmet breakfasts with Niagara fruits of the
season and fresh-daily home baking. Hot entrees include Niagara fresh fruit crepes and
waffles, omelettes, frittatas, drug-free bacon and varied eggs. Our guests have a relaxed
fun time at breakfast sharing stories and often exchanging addresses.
