Room Information:
We have two rooms that are used for B&B. In addition, rollaway beds are available @ $15.00
each per night. Both rooms are equipped with television and overhead fans. The house is
fully air-conditioned and contains an electrostatic air cleaner for those who suffer from
allergies. Each room has high speed internet connection. Rooms are available as follows:
PEACHES & CREAM DOUBLE SUITE
Double Room tastefully decorated in Hunter Green and Peach centered by a Beautiful
sculptured Roth Iron Comfortable Double bed, accent furniture in antique white, colour
TV/VCR in the room. A very elegant and charming room. Just adjacent from the room is the
bathroom. Lots of natural lighting in the halls from the skylight above. $65.00 Per Night
SOUTH SIDE QUEEN SUITE
A rather large Suite graced by a Four Poster Wooden Queen Bed and matching dresser
night tables. A large desk sits there comfortably for your convenience, whether on business
or pleasure, this room has space, beautiful shiny hardwood Floors gives you a warm and
comfortable feeling. The room faces South East its very Bright and all windows open, the
Bathroom is right next to the suite. $75.00 Per Night
Reservations and Payment
It is always best to make your reservation ahead of time. You can do this by phone, fax, email,
or letter. We prefer payment to be made by way of cash in Canadian Dollars. Rooms can only
be reserved if we obtain a credit card authorization. We prefer that you reserve the room by
using your credit card, and then pay cash on arrival. Credit card information can be given to
us over the phone or by Email. If you are concerned about providing this information by email
over the internet, you can fax it to us at: 905-897-2367.
Cancellation Policy
Unlike hotels, our rooms are often booked months in advance. Because of this, a refund can
only be given if notice is received as follows:
For reservations made within 30 days, at least 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
For reservations made 2 months in advance or more, at least 20 days prior to arrival date.
No refunds or adjustments will be made after arrival.
Required Deposit
An amount equal to 20% of the total due for the dates booked, or a minimum of one night,
whichever is the greatest. For Long term reservations or for Multiple Room reservations,
deposits will be non-refundable. On all refunds, a fee of $10.00 will be retained to cover our
costs in processing the deposit.
