Cancellations/Refunds:
If notification of a cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date,
your deposit will be refunded minus a $30 per room processing fee. There are no refunds on
cancellations with less than 14 days notice. Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival will be
charged the full amount of the reservation. Early departure and partial cancellations fall within this
policy also.

* For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is not permitted.
* Children over 12 are most welcome. Sorry, but pets are prohibited.
