Welcome to Brevard, NC, the land of waterfalls. We invite you to enjoy the relaxed elegance and
charm of our European-style southern mansion.
Home to the nationally acclaimed Brevard Music Center, nestled in the valley of the French Broad
River, adjoining Pisgah National Forest and easily accessible from Blue Ridge Parkway, the Inn
at Brevard offers the vacationer a wealth of natural and cultural beauty.
The inn is located in the heart of Brevard on Main Street. Built in 1885, the inn offers a taste of
history, but with modern comforts. The entire inn has been fitted for highspeed internet and digital
cable. Any guest is also welcome to take advantage of our 100 acres of property with one of the
tallest waterfalls privately owned in the southeast. We are also a certified Biltmore Estate ticket
vendor, and can offer many other local excursions and discounts. Hiking, fishing, golfing,
horseback riding, and antique searching are just minutes away!
For the art connoisseur, the Inn has on display a magnificent collection of art from the
renaissance era to present day paintings and those in the style of the old masters. It has been
filled with paintings from the personal house of the Yagers, the innkeepers.
The Inn can provide wedding receptions, weddings, banquets and meetings. All catering is
done on site, including magnificent wedding cakes. The inn's cooking has also been featured on
Carolina Cooking television show. We provide consultations and have several photo albums of
previous events. Please contact us for more information on making your wedding a perfect

Rooms:
We have 14 rooms that offer different accomodations. There are 6 rooms in the main house,
shown to the left and above and 8 in the annex, shown to the left and below.
Out of the 6 main house rooms, there are 4 suites and 2 deluxe suites. All mainhouse rooms
come with a claw foot tub and shower
Rooms in the annex are followed by the letter A, while rooms in the mainhouse are followed by
the letter M.
Bridal Suite:
The Bridal Suite is our biggest room and is truly fit for a king and queen. It is extremely spacious
with one king size bed, one full size bed, two fireplaces, several antique chairs, a sofa, and a
desk. The room also offers vistas around the inn and sits next to the entrance to the upstairs
porch, where you can relax reading a book in one of our rocking chairs, while the family plays
board games in our entertainment area. The bridal suite comes with the standard suite
bathroom, a claw foot tub with shower attachment and all the bathroom amenities provided.
Gentlemen's Suite:
The Gentleman's Suite provides the ultimate relaxation accomodations, especially for
honeymoons or romantic getaways. It has one queen size bed.
It has one sofa, several chairs desks, comfortable reading chairs, cable television, a private
balcony, fireplace, and many other amenities. There is a coffee maker and hair dryer, which is in
all rooms. The bathroom is a big draw for this room. It is quite large, has a separate tub and
shower, with a private toilet that has a door. The shower has several spouts that can provide a
relaxing massage and the tub is a love tub.
6M:
Also known as the Bear Room, Suite 6M has the feel of a hunting lodge. The room has one large
queen bed. Suite 6M is one of our favorite and most comfortable suites.
The room has several comfortable reading chairs, a large bathroom with a claw foot bathtub, and
a fireplace. Over the bed, there is an antique polar bear rug.
It also has a desk, several chairs, cable television, and many other amenities. There is a coffee
maker and hair dryer, which is in all rooms.
5M:
Suite 5M is one of our more spacious regular suites with one large queen size bed.
It is very large, with a fireplace, several comfortable reading chairs, a desk, cable television and
many other amenities. There is a coffee maker and hair dryer, which is in all rooms. Suite 5M has
a very spacious bathroom including a claw foot bath tub. It is located directly next to our upper floor
balcony, with rocking chairs. This suite is one of the more favored rooms.
1M:
Suite 1M is one of our regular mainhouse suites with 1 queen size bed.
It has one queen size bed, a desk, several chairs, cable television, and many other amenities.
There is a coffee maker and hair dryer, which is in all rooms.
Suite 1M has a very spacious bathroom including a claw foot bath tub.
2M:
Suite 2M is quite spacious with one queen size bed.
It has one queen size bed, a desk, several chairs, cable television, and many other amenities.
There is a coffee maker and hair dryer, which is in all rooms.
All rooms in the annex are equipped with private bathrooms (shower only), hair dryer, cable
television, coffee maker, and decorated with antiques. They are spacious, but not as large as our
mainhouse rooms. All rooms have desks and comfortable reading chairs. Also all rooms are
located on a veranda with beautiful flower arrangements. Outside each room are comfortable
lounge chairs and tables for you to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
