Situated just 200 feet from the ocean, Casa Del soul commands an amazing view with
its 3-story views rising above the tropical forest alive with the sounds of the jungle —
dolphins, parrots, Toucans and a variety of monkeys are indigenous to the nearby sea
and jungles.
Wake up to the gentle serenade of the waves on the beach just below your private
balcony. A short walk thru the jungle canopy puts you right your own secluded beach,
where you can enjoy the tropical setting and warm waters.
With it's remote location and few neighbors, Casa Del Soul offers privacy and exclusivity,
that set it apart from typical hotel settings.

Casa del Soul offers three beautiful guest rooms for your vacation stay. Each room is
unique and appointed with its own combination of imported Italian ceramic, Brazilian
blue slate and travertine — first class inside and out! Two luxurious guest suites occupy
the second floor and share a balcony larger than either room... Overlooking the
swimming pool and offering a spectacular ocean vista is a perfect way to start your
morning while enjoying your morning coffee and breakfast (included during your stay).
Our open and roomy guest suites feature oversized bay windows that provide fresh
tropical ocean breezes each with it's own ceiling fan.
You can choose from three packages:
* Premiere Suite– with it's own refrigerator, coffee maker, satellite TV, DVD player and
iPod sound system
* Encore Suite – with the fantastic second floor view from it's own private balcony
* Affordable Suite– located on ground floor that is beautifully appointed and quite
comfortable

Juan del Sur was once a stopover for gold prospectors headed to California in the
1850s. Today, San Juan del Sur's popularity is growing as a prized vacation spot with dry
