Waldorf Tetra Budget Serviced & Furnished Apartments complex provides studio, 1 & 2
bedroom serviced or furnished apartments & budget accommodation options in an Auckland
City central location.
Furnished and serviced self-contained budget apartment accommodation:
* Fully furnished and equipped apartments with weekly service (daily service is optional)
including linen and towel change.
* This accommodation is available for a minimum 1 day - 8 week stay.
* The weekly or daily rate includes electricity, hot water and Sky TV
* Telephone connection (free local calls) and high speed internet service are charged at
$NZ15 per week
Extended stay furnished self-contained unserviced budget apartment rental:
* Our fully furnished and equipped apartments can be let based on a minimum stay of 8
weeks.
* Additional telephone, cleaning, linen supply, high-speed Internet and electricity connection
fees apply.
Unfurnished apartment leasing:
* NZ WALDORF APARTMENTS LTD also offers selection of unfurnished apartments in various
Auckland locations based on a real estate lease for a minimum stay of 3 months.
* Optional telephone, Internet and electricity connection are available.
Accommodation:
The complex consists of a mixture of 175 self-contained fully furnished apartments over 12
levels:
* Studio apartments with 1 bathroom
* 1 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms
* 2 bedroom apartments with 1 bathroom and a veranda
Our Studio apartments accommodate 1-2 persons, 1 bedroom apartments can comfortably
accommodate up to 4 persons (max 3 adults) and 2 bedroom apartments can accommodate
up to 5 persons (max 4 adults). Security car parking is optional and subject to advanced
reservation.
Waldorf Tetra Hotel Apartments can be rented based on a daily or weekly rate and are suitable
for:
* Short term or extended stays
* Auckland corporate accommodation
* Auckland tourist accommodation
* Academic accommodation- subject to restriction
* Company or family relocation to Auckland
Subject to advanced reservation, optional furniture packages and communication options
(telephone, fax, and high speed internet) can be arranged for both short and extended stays.

A one time cleaning charge of NZ$40 will be debited to tenant's account on departure. Any
damage to the apartment, its equipment or furniture as a result of tenant mishandling of the
apartment will be debited to the tenant's account on departure.
