About The Robertson House
The Robertson House Bed and Breakfast (circa 1830) is a charming Finger Lakes Bed and
Breakfast located in the Finger Lakes Region of New York, in Penn Yan's Historical Preservation
District, at the foot of Keuka Lake. Hand-blown glass windows face the town common just off
Main Street. Downtown shops are only a few minutes walk from the front door. The house, itself,
contains 14 rooms, with 5 assigned as well-appointed spaciaus bedrooms. The oversized, airy
rooms feature high ceiling typical of a bygone era and are available for vacation or business
travel. Many of the antiques on display are for sale. Relax and enjoy as we serve breakfast in our
sumpuous dining room. Be sure to ask about the seaonal lakefront cottage available just
minutes away on beautiful Keuka Lake from May thru October. Both Keuka and Seneca Wine

A touch of Touscany, with warm cherry furnishings including a queen bed, and wide plank floor.

The Flag Room
Offers a queen-size bed with private bath as well as lovely oak furnishings. An adjoining room
can be added to the suite for children or additional adults.
The Welcome Wagon Room
Offers queen brass bed with Americana theme thru-out room. Full bath/shower, AC. Beautiful
view of park from 6-foot hand blown windows. Available for Finger Lakes Escapes Pkg.
Martha's Room
The spacious Martha's Room offers a king-size bed that is convertible to two twin-size beds
upon request. There is also a private parlor with a pull-out bed for kids or an extra guest. There is
a private bath with an old-fashioned lady slipper bathtub, as well as a separate shower.
