Spaceous 500sq ft guest suites with en-suite marble bathrooms, separate dressing rooms,

maid-service, 32 inch plasma HDTV with premium cable, Free Internet/WiFi.
We have four suites available:
Sage :
The original master bedroom suite of the house. It is a large bedroom with original parquet
floors, carved fireplace mantel, high ceiling and plaster moldings restored to its original
splendor. There is ample closet space, two pillow top beds, large television set with dvd
player, internet service, private telephone number, writing desk, fireside chairs, large
bathroom en suite. The bathroom contains the original bathtub and sink, in addition to a large
rainfall shower. Its ceiling is decorated with paneled mahogany and a large window gives it
plenty of light. Needle point carpets cover the suite's floor, old photographs, original water
colors and textiles decorate the walls and an intricate 19th century chandelier hangs from the
ceiling. The suite can accommodate two, maximum three, guests comfortably.
$150-$225 for 1 to 2 guests and $25.00 for each additional person.
Jade :
This large suite contains a queen size bed, fire side chairs, small tables and a writing desk.
Its parquet floors are covered by oriental rugs and the walls are hung with far eastern
wood-cut pictures and Spanish water color paintings. The fireplace is constructed of stone
and the en suite marble bathroom contains the original large bathtub and sink The
bathroom's ceiling is decorated with paneled mahogany and a large window gives it plenty of
light. A large flat screen tv, dvd player, private telephone line, iron and iron board and internet
service are some of the suite's amenities. In addition, its separate large dressing room has a
large mirror, ample closet space, its floor covered with a rich oriental carpet. It sleeps two,
maximum three, guests.
$150-$225 for 1 to 2 guests and $25.00 for each additional person.
Terracotta :
A suite of two rooms, a dressing room and a bathroom. Its windows facing the park across
from the house, this suite is filled with sun light for most of the day. It contains two single
pillow top beds in the large bedroom and one single bed in the small one. It has a working
wood-burning fireplace, a writing desk, fireside chairs, a large flat screen television and dvd
player, private telephone line and internet connection. The floors are covered with luxurious
wall to wall carpet and the walls are hung with original contemporary paintings and
photographs. The suite can accommodate three, maximum four guests comfortably.
$150-$225 for 1 to 2 guests and $25.00 for each additional person.
Loft :
This space spans through the entire footprint of the house, on its top floor an area of
approximately 1,400 sq. feet. It contains a king size Duxiana bed, and three single pillow top
beds. There is a private kitchen, fully equipped, a marble bathroom, a dinning area that sits
10 persons comfortably, a sitting area with sofas and chairs, a working wood burning
fireplace, original art on the walls, exposed beam cathedral ceilings, writing desk, large flat
screen television and dvd, private telephone line and high speed internet service. Its front
windows overlook the park across from the house and its back windows look into the
gardens of the neighboring houses. It can accommodate four, maximum five or six guests
comfortably.
$225.00-$295 for 1 to 2 guests and $25.00 for each additional person.
