Aunt Dot's Victorian B&B ( East Marion, NY )
This beautiful Victorian Home was built in 1860, and boasts two front porches for your sitting
pleasure, and a private guest entrance. The parlor with its lovely and very comfortable Victorian
furniture has a television and games for my guests. The bedrooms are upstairs on either side
of a sitting area with books galore. You can borrow a book or leave a book.
The dining room has a guest refrigerator stocked with water. Coffee or tea is available upon
request. Breakfast is served at 9AM.
All rooms have a private bath. An alarm clock radio, hairdryer and toiletries are provided. There
is air conditioning in each room.
Beach passes and beach towels are available upon request.
Whether you arrive by car, plane, train or ferry you will enjoy the beautiful North Fork. You can
play tennis, golf, rent a bike, or explore the many hiking trails. You can take a trip to Shelter
Island, go shopping in the lovely downtown villages or visit the many antique shops or enjoy the
wineries. No matter what time of year you come there is always plenty to do.

prices this summer.
Rooms & Rates:
* Rooms range from $165 to $175 during off season and $175 to $185 during high season.
The Wisteria Room has a king size bed, large plank floors and a large bathroom with a full size
claw foot tub. Amenities include a hair dryer and an alarm clock radio. This room also includes
a writing area.
* The Wisteria Room is $175 off season and $185 high season plus applicable tax per night.
The Rose Room has a beautiful queen size four poster bed. The bathroom sports a petite claw
foot tub with a stand up shower. Amenities include a hair dryer and an alarm clock radio. This
room also includes a writing area.
* The Rose Room is $165 off season and $175 high season plus applicable tax per night.
The Iris Room has a a king size canopy bed, plank flooring and bathroom with shower stall.
The Recently refurbished antique dresser was made in the 1800's.
* The Iris Room nightly off season rate is $175 and high season is $185 plus applicable taxes
per night, double occupency.
Downstairs in the parlor you can watch television, or you can play a board game. Upstairs, you
can relax in the sitting area with a good book.

Guest Info:
Aunt Dot's Victorian B&B is located at 9625 Main Road in East Marion, NY.
One night stays are accepted.
A deposit of 50% is required when the reservation is made. The remainder is due upon arrival.
I accept Visa or Master Card for payment.
In case of cancellation: If notification is received 14 days prior to reservation date a full refund of
deposit will be made, less a $25 administrative fee. If less than 14 days notice given, and I am
able to rebook the room than you will be charged the $25 administrative fee only. However, if I
am unable to rebook the room and you have not given me 14 days notice, the full fee will be
charged. There can be no refund for early departure.
Check in is between 3pm and 5pm; early or late arrivals can be accommodated with prior
notice. Check out is at 11am.
Unfortunately I am unable to accommodate your pets. Children under the age of 12, can only
be accommodated if you reserve both rooms during your stay.
