The private guest accommodations include the comfort of the 1810 style Keeping Room with
original beehive oven, over stuffed furniture, TV/VCR, movies, games and books for
entertainment. The dining room offers a guest amenity cabinet filled with the conveniences of
your own kitchen; dishes, silverware, stemware, microwave, coffee, tea, snacks and a
refrigerator stocked with fruit juice, soda and bottled water.
For outdoor tranquility there are several areas with abundant gardens for your enjoyment. The
open front porch includes wicker seating. In the back, you can sit quietly on the screen porch or
outside rockers and listen to the water in the koi pond and the distant ringing of church bells. On
the side of the house there are small wooded trails with several benches for a moment of
solitude. Or take your favorite book and swing peacefully in the hammock under the ancient
black walnut trees.
Recycle, reuse, reduce. Abner Adams House strives to be a "Green B & B", from the bulk soap
dispensers and amenities, to the recycle bins in the guest area. Look for our environmentally
friendly items through out the Inn. We are proud to display our award from Clear Channel 100.5
The Drive. We are the recipient of the 2008 Greenies Award recognizing our efforts to educate
and promote green living. Going green.....
BREAKFAST
A hearty country breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast is served at 9:00 am. and always
includes: Fruit Juice, Fresh Fruit Appetizer, homemade Baked Goods, and a hearty Country
Entrée along with ham, bacon or sausage, Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, and Milk. Requests for
special dietary needs may be requested at the time of reservation. Specializing in Gluten Free
menu.

DEPOSIT
Payment for one night is required at the time of reservation. The remainder of payment is due at
check in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is fully refunded if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival. If
cancellation is made within 14 days and the room is rebooked a full refund will be given. We
make every effort to rebook the room. If the room is not rebooked, no refund will be given. All
cancellations or date changes are subject to a $25.00 fee. There is no refund for late arrival or
early departure.

* Check in: 4:00-6:00pm.
* Check out: 11:00 am.
- Special arrangements for late arrivals or early departures can be made at time of reservation.
* No Pets.
* Children are welcome if 12 years or older; well-behaved younger children will be allowed with
special permission only if the entire Inn is booked by the same family or group.
* Abner Adams House has a strict non-smoking policy which we enforce for the safety and
comfort of all our guests. We do not allow smoking, candle burning or incense in any of our
guest rooms or common areas in the house. There are 2 designated smoking areas outside
the inn.
* Occupancy is based on two people per room. Additional guests are $40 per night.
* Social drinking allowed. You may bring your own beverage, glasses and ice are provided for
your convenience.
* Special dietary needs, such as vegetarian, gluten free or lactose free, will be met when
requested at time of reservation.
* Single night weekend rates apply to all Holidays and Special Events.

All three second floor guestrooms at the Abner Adams House have been named after three very
important women in our lives and contain memorabilia from each.
ELE'S ESCAPE Our largest room boasts a king size brass bed, fireplace, cable TV/DVD, large
private bath with a steam shower for two, large closet and a balcony overlooking our private
gardens, adjacent to wooded nature trails. Ele's Escape is a large room with private sitting area
and French doors to balcony. This room can accommodate a 3rd person when requested at
booking.

GRANDMA'S GARDEN Grandma's Garden room is accented in a floral garden green decor
with a pillow top queen size sleigh bed. It has a private sitting area with a fireplace and TV/DVD.
The private bath, across the hall, has a large champagne massage tub for 2, also known as
balneotherapy tubs. Bath robes supplied.

NANA'S NOOK Nana's Nook is cheerfully decorated with a lovely queen size pillow top canopy
bed. It has a cozy fireplaced sitting area with TV/DVD, large closet and a daybed that can
accommodate a 3rd person. The attached old fashioned private bath has been renovated with a
champagne massage claw foot tub for 2 to relax in.
