Luxury in fully refurbished Victorian mansion, half way between Hotels Sheraton/Newfoundland
and Delta/ Mile One Stadium.
Nestled securely on elegant, well lit Queen's Road, in center of downtown St. John's prestigious
historic properties area. Live theater, fine restaurants, museums, archives, art gallery (Rooms
Complex) and towering cathedrals are within a one block radius. Just about every attraction is
within an easy fifteen minute walking of the Inn from Signal Hill to George Street and Mile One
Stadium.
Rooms:
Each of our four spacious rooms has all the amenities you'll need from telephone, wireless
internet, 60 channel TV, ironing board, coffee & tea makers, info packs, to air conditioning (in
July and August).
Our breakfast is served between 8:00 and 8:45 with a variety of choices from a selection of
cereals, teas, coffee, milk, juice, yogurt to our set morning hot breakfast.
For those not wishing to venture out, an in-room coffee maker with free coffee for you to brew
fresh when you get up, while you watch your premium early morning televisions selection such
as CNN, CBC, TSN, SpikeTV, and A&E.
Also for our female travelers we have open well lit hallways. extra toiletries, and skirt hangars.
Prices:
Our rates range from $79 to $189 in season (50% off season discount depending on the length
of stay).

Step back into another era in this elegant mansion built at the turn of the century (1904) and fully
restored with its original heavy plaster moldings, ornate stained glass, and beveled windows.
Our largest bedroom suite features a double Jacuzzi tub, walk in closet, king size bed, sofa
chairs, desk and all the amenities one would expect in a Boutique Inn.
Gower House
Gower House is a fully refurbished heritage townhouse and has been designated by the
Newfoundland Historic Trust as a point of interest.
We are located on a quiet residential street in the center of the historic downtown St. John's,
roughly halfway between the City's two major hotels – Sheraton / Newfoundland and Delta / Mile
One Convention Center, about a fourteen minute drive from St. John's Airport.
Drawn a line through the Basilica of St. John the Baptist, towering over the downtown historic
properties and the Harbour, and it would pretty well go through us.
Executive Apartments
Whether you're with a group of family and friends, on a temporary assignment, a training
program, relocating, or on an extended stay and want your space, we offer a spacious,
