Breakfast inn offering the ultimate in privacy and luxury, nestled on ten park-like acres, surrounded
by 300 acres of preserved farmland and forest. This acclaimed New Hope, Bed and Breakfast,
perched high above the scenic Delaware River, provides a romantic and comfortable base from
which to explore the countless fine restaurants, shops and attractions of New Hope, Pennsylvania
and Lambertville, New Jersey – both towns just five minutes away.
Rooms:
All of our rooms include a three course country breakfast (available in bed upon request),
Afternoon refreshments and sweets, Fresh flowers, CD players and CD library, Featherbeds, Fluffy
terrycloth robes, Egyptian cotton towels and bed linens, Complimentary soft drinks and bottled
water, Complimentary in-room delivery of the New York Times (Mon.-Sat.), Wireless Internet,
Central Air-conditioning throughout 1792 Manor House and Cottages, and Private baths (most
with whirlpool tubs for two).
Rates vary by day of the week and season. Low Season is December through August. High
Season is September through November. Weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday, Sunday and
holidays. Typically a two night minimum is required for a weekend stay. The inn is not appropriate
for children under the age of 12.

1. A stroll at dusk from the Inn's front porch down to the banks of the Delaware River, crossing the
bridge to Pennsylvania (the sunsets over the river are fantastic!)
2. Dining by firelight at the historic Sergeantsville Inn - intimate, romantic and just a three mile
drive down a country road from the inn.
3. An excursion to The Golden Nugget Antique Flea Market on a crisp Wednesday morning.
4. Visiting the "smiling sheep" under the towering hemlocks along Cuttalossa Road, one of the
most picturesque spots in Buck's County.
5. A Buck's County back road drive to Doylestown, concluding with a visit to Henry Mercer's "castle",
Fonthill, and neighboring Moravian Pottery and Tile Works.
6. A slow tube ride down the lazy and forested Delaware River.
7. Biking down shady Lower Creek Road behind the Inn through The Green Sergeant Covered
Bridge, and then continuing to the village of Rosemont with lunch at the Café, formally a country
general store.
8. An afternoon of strolling and antiquing in Lambertville, followed by an early evening cocktail at
the intimate Boathouse Tavern.
9. A shopping excursion to Frenchtown, NJ, followed by a leisurely drive back to the Woolverton on
beautiful River Road in Pennsylvania.
10. A barrel tasting tour at a local winery and then a nap on a featherbed!
