The Leitrim Suite:
The Leitrim Suite is one of our guests' favorites. The suite features a master bedroom with a
fireplace, King-sized bed, and spectacular ocean views from your private wrap-around porch. The
suite includes a living room with fireplace, tv/dvd and ocean views, bath with stall shower and
fully-equipped kitchenette.
A second bedroom with Eastlake furnishings and a double bed can be can be opened to
accommodate your additional guests.
Leitrim Suite Rates: $165 to $285 per night, based on double occupancy, depending on time of
year and whether you are utilize the second bedroom. Rates include full breakfast at the inn. Add
$35 per night per person for additional guests.
Wicklow Suite:
At the top of the house sits this beautiful suite. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and
wicker and oak furnishings. From every room in this suite, you can take in spectacular ocean
views. The adjoining bedroom features a double brass and iron bed and dark oak furnishings
making it a very cozy room (and a favorite of our guests). The Wicklow Suite can accommodate up
to 4 people and has a full bathroom with stall shower.
The living room has a gas fireplace, tv/dvd, table and chairs for dining, as well as a fully-equipped
kitchen with microwave, and beautiful ocean view.
Wicklow Suite Rates: $145 to $245 per night, double occupancy, depending on time of year.
Rates include full breakfast at the inn. Add $35 per night per person for additional guests.
The Cork Suite:
The Cork Suite is our largest accommodation...a luxurious, bi-level suite with all the extras.
On the first floor there's a living room with a sleep sofa, tv/dvd and fireplace, a snack area with
fridge, microwave and sink plus a sunroom and powder room.
The second floor features a large bedroom with a king bed and fireplace, tv/dvd, and it also has
plenty of closet space! Off the bedroom is a private balcony. A luxury bathroom on this floor is
complete with an oversized jacuzzi for two, and a separate tiled shower. The Cork is also
equipped with a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Suite Rates: $285 to $325 per night plus tax, depending on time of year. Rates are based upon
double occupancy and include full breakfast at the inn. Add $35 per night per person for additional
guests.
Donegal Guest Room:
One of our best kept secrets is the Donegal Guest Room. This charming hideaway under the
eaves has a king-sized bed which can alse be made up as twin beds. The Donegal has a tv/dvd, a
sitting area, small fridge, and a private detached bath.
This is a sweet room, and works well too for our girlfriend getaways because of the fact that we
can make the room up as a king-bedded room or twin beds...whatever suits you!
Donegal Rates: $125 to $185 per night, double occupancy, depending on time of year. Rates
include a full breakfast.
Sand Castle 1 Condo:
Enjoy the best of both worlds when you spend a night in one of our two newly renovated
condo-suites located in a charming Victorian era building. The condos are air-conditioned and
heated for year-round accommodations.
When you stay in one of our condos, you get the full amenities of the Victorian Lace Inn including
breakfast each morning at the Inn for non-weekly stays. The condos are just steps from the inn
and one short block to the beach.
Our Sand Castle 1 Condo pictured here is a one bedroom accommodation which has been newly
renovated and can accommodate up to four people. This condo features:
* Queen-sized bedroom with full bathroom with whirlpool tub
* Living room with a fireplace, double sofa bed, and tv/dvd
* A fully-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer
* Private entrance
* Outside showers for rinsing off after your visits to the beach
These condos are also available for summer weekly rentals as well. Weekly rentals include bed
and bath linens, fresh beach towels daily, beach chairs and one complimentary breakfast at the
Inn. (A daily breakfast plan is available as well.)

Renovated in 2008, the Bantry Cottage is our quaint carriage house. The first floor is completely
open and features a living room with tv/dvd, dining area, and small kitchen. The sofa bed in the
living room accommodates two additional guests.
In the front of the cottage is your private deck, and you also have your own outdoor shower and
clothes line for your beach towels and suits.
Upstairs is a lovely bedroom with king-sized bed and fireplace, and the double atrium doors open
onto a lovely little private balcony with awning.
A luxury bath with oversized Jacuzzi completes the scene for a perfect honeymoon or romantic
getaway...in high demand by many returning guests.

the wall paper, and antique marble sink.
