Genoa House Inn Bed and Breakfast ( Nevada | U.S.A )
Nevada's oldest settlement. It is the location of the Genoa House Inn, an authentic
Victorian home listed in the National Register of Historical Places. The house has been
restored to the charm and tranquility of an earlier time. A.C. Pratt, a newspaper publisher,
built the house in 1872 for his family. He printed the Carson Valley's first newspaper
here. Ask your hosts about the Inn's many interesting stories about its past owners.

antiques and collectibles.
The Genoa House Inn is open year round and features three beautiful rooms, each with
private bath; one has Jacuzzi tub.
The Rose Room:
is accented in mallard green and burgundy, has a hand-made barn wood queen-size
bed, and is furnished with Victorian antiques. This spacious room has a private balcony
and large, stained glass windows.
The Blue Room:
is accented in a soft gray-blue with mahogany antiques and a queen bed. The private
bath in the hall is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and an overhead shower.
The Garden Room:
offers a queen bed and is accessed by a gentle path leading across the yard to a covered
porch with a private entrance. Take a relaxing bath in the clawfoot bathtub.
Early in the morning, your choice of coffee or tea is delivered to your door, followed by a
full breakfast served either in your room or in the sunlit dining room.
Rates:
Rates are for double occupancy. $25.00 will be added for additional people or beds.
Weekend nights are Friday, Saturday and Sundays. 20% discount for 4 or more nights.

Reservations: Reservations are recommended in advance. Call (775) 782-7075, click on
the Availability button, or contact a travel agent. Reservation is guaranteed with a credit
card number. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be made if cancellation notice is received 5 days prior to
the date of arrival or 15 days prior for a holiday reservation. Outside the cancellation
window, we will issue a gift certificate for the same room(s) and length of stay, valid for
one year.
Restrictions: Pets are welcome, upon approval, in the Garden Room only. A pet
surcharge may apply. Smoking in outside areas only. Not suitable for children under 12.
