In the middle of Amsterdam, at one of the most beautiful places with the view at the famous
Sarphatiepark we offer you one of our nicest rooms for a pleasant stay in Amsterdam, where
you can have a great time in the city.
We have different kinds of rooms of different sizes. Ask us for more information. You are always
welcome. Amsterdam invites you to take a look at all her beauty.
Get inspired by our pictures and tips, and visit Amsterdam. Maybe just to get out, or to visit the
shops. Or just for the museums like the van Gogh or the Stedelijk. You can go to the
Concertgebouw to see a nice opera.
At Bed & Breakfast Parkview you will stay in a nice atmosphere at a nice cost.

The House:
The house originally dates from 1855 and was completely restored in 1996, it consists of four
rooms, a kitchen and a laundryroom. The biggest room offers room for four people. In the
well-equiped kitchen our guests can easily prepare themselves a nice meal. One room has a
double bed.
There is no minimum stay required.
Parkview Bed & Breakfast is a perfect place for family travel. Children are most welcome and
childcare is provided.
Check in time 15:00 hrs, check out time 11:00 hrs
Also for rent a big appartment for longer stays.
Whithin walking distance you can buy groceries and others things at two supermarkets. Nearby
there is also a pub and to the centre of Amsterdam only takes ten minutes by foot.
Smoking is only allowed outside the house.
Pets are not allowed.

Normal Prices
1 person 50 euro excl.tax/No breakfast.
2 persons 70 euro excl.tax/No breakfast.
3 persons 100 euro excl. tax/No breakfast.
4 persons 120 euro excl.tax/No breakfast.
You always have to pay a deposit to secure the room. You can do this by bank transfer or Pay
Pal.
Ontbijt is not included. included are a nice cake and nespresso coffee and some nice soup
first round is from the house. U can always take breakfast at the corner at our street at cafe
sarphaat.
Parkingplace inside at our Bed & Breakfast 20,-- euro a day.
Pick up from airport 30,--euro pick up or bring to airport.
Bikes for rent 10,-- euro a day.
