Cancellation Policy and Check in times…
Cancellations: In case that you need to cancel your reservations, we will refund 50% of your
deposit, if we are able to rent the rooms for those dates. Deposits are forfeited for any dates
not filled.
All occupancy rates are subject to change -State and local taxes may apply
Accommodations: master suites with ocean view
There are 6 guest accommodations (3 with private baths)
Rates:
Banderas Bay view suite $85.00 USD plus Tax per night per couple, October until May 1st,
Price increase on Holiday for Master Suite.
Retreat A.- Bedroom private shower no view $65.00 USD plus Tax per couple per night.
Queen bed, on high season low season rate start at $70.00 USD per night
Retreat B.- Bedroom private shower no view $65.00 USD plus Tax per couple per night.
King size bed, low season $55.00 USD Rates are base on doublé occupancy, 3 night
mínimum on weekend and Holidays.
Reservation:
Double occupancy rate is $115.00 USD All occupancy rates are subject to change without
notice. Discount available for stays of a week or more Discounts are only available if the
reservation is made directly with Kiki’s Bed & Breakfast and not through a third party
reservation service. Methods of payment: PayPal, CC, wire transfer must be received in full
within seven days from reservation made.
