Breakfast, on the edge of Cape Ann and near the sea in Rockport, MA.
Every Inn on Cape Ann is unique and offers some special amenities or characteristics. At the
Tuck Inn in Rockport, MA, we are proud to tout our gracious hospitality, unique breakfast,
superb rooms and an exceptional level of service which we have come to be known for
throughout Cape Ann. We are also somewhat unique in that we are open "year-round" and are
able to offer holiday lodging for guests to Rockport, MA while many other inns throughout Cape
ann and Rockport are closed for several months every year. With that in mind, we hope you will

Location,
Parking in Rockport can be difficult. From our inn, guests can walk to the village center in 5
minutes and the train station is a handy 3 blocks away. Guests can also walk to 3 beaches
along with a number of art galleries, restaurants and numerous shops. In spite of our proximity
to the town center, the inn is in a residential area and is pleasantly quiet.
Guest Rooms
Every guest room is decorated with antiques, quilts and local artwork, and they are all
equipped with C/C TVs, A/C, and AM/FM alarm clock radios. Every guest room also has a
private bathroom located “en-suite”, including a hair dryer for your comfort.
Internet Access
New this year is that most of our guest rooms will be equipped with wireless internet
connections. In addition we have installed a common terminal in our living room for those
guests who do not have “WiFi”.
Parking
On-site, we have enough parking to accommodate one car per room. We suggest that given
our proximity to the village, that “You could give your car a vacation too”. Upon check-out,
however, please remove your car to accommodate in-coming guests.

We enjoy walking, and we are pleased to share some of our favorite walks with you. Whether
you prefer the rocky coastlines, a quiet beach, wonderful gardens, unique architecture, bird
watching, or observing nature, we have it all – just minutes away.

Tuck Inn accommodations: (#1) The Renaissance Room
This room is located upstairs in the main house. The room is comfortably furnished in
mahogany with a double bed, a writing table, and a rocking chair. It has a hardwood floor with a
rich room-sized oriental rug. Inviting ocean breezes are enjoyed from the three windows facing
the sea. (12’ 7” x 12’ 4”) Showered bath. (6” x 5’ 6”)
Tuck Inn accommodations: (#2) The Peach Room
Located upstairs in the main house, this room is equipped with two twin beds joined together
into a king bed, which can be split apart upon request. This bright airy room has four windows
on three walls. It has a hardwood floor with a gorgeous room sized oriental rug, a sitting area
and a writing table. (16’ 4” x 12’ 2”) Showered bath. (6’ x 5’ 6”)
Tuck Inn accommodations: (# 3) Wicker Room
Entry to this room is via an outside door off a private deck. It has a queen bed and a sitting area
with wicker chairs, and a quarry tile floor. This room enjoys all the cooking aromas in the
morning as it is adjacent to the kitchen; it is a good room for the early riser as noise can be a
factor. (12’ x 11’ 9”) Showered bathroom. (6’ x 5’ 6”)
Tuck Inn accommodations: (#4) Rose Room
This room is our most accessible room for those concerned with stairs, and has an outside
entrance. This room is cozy and comfortable with a double bed, oriental rug, hardwood floor,
and ceiling fan. It is the smallest room we offer, and is therefore our bargain room. (12’ 8” x 7’
4”) Entrance area. (6’ 3” x 3’ 9”) Small showered bathroom. (6’ 6” x 3’ 8”)
Tuck Inn accommodations: (#5) Thieme Room
This comfortable room has an outside entrance located off a small private deck just three
steps up from street level. The bedroom has a queen bed and is carpeted in wall-to-wall. (11’
5” x 11’ 3”) Down two steps is a cozy sitting area with two antique needlepoint chairs for
reading. (8’ 10” x 6’ 9”) Full bath with tub/shower. (8’ 6” x 4’ 6”)
Tuck Inn accommodations: (#6) Million Dollar Red Room
This boldly decorated room is in the back of the building off a private patio. It is equipped with a
pair of antique mahogany twin beds, which are joined as a king bed with area oriental rugs
over wall-to-wall carpeting. (12’ x 11’ 4”) There is a small lower level with a reading chair. (10’
10” x 4’ 4”) Full bath with tub/shower. (8’ 6” x 4’ 10”)
Tuck Inn accommodations: (#7) Artist’s Room
This room is equipped to handle 3 people comfortably, and is located 6 steps up from street
level with an outside entrance from a patio. The front room has a queen bed and sitting area.
(11’ 3” x 11’) A lower level, two steps down, has an antique mahogany pineapple topped twin
bed. (9’ 10” x 6’ 10”) Full bath with tub/shower. (8’ 3” x 4’ 3”)
Tuck Inn accommodations: (#8) Lavender Room
This beautiful room is located off of a patio with an outside entrance. The bedroom is richly
decorated in lavender. It is equipped with a pair of twin beds made into a king bed; the bed has
no footboard, and is good for taller guests. (11’ 5” x 11’ 1”) A lower level has a desk and a
sitting area. (11’ x 5’ 1”) Full bath with tub/shower. (6’ 11” x 5’)
Tuck Inn accommodations: (#9) The Eagles’ Nest
This is our two bedroom family suite. Located in the back of the building, up a long flight of
stairs, entrance is gained off of a huge private deck with picnic table and easy lounge chairs
overlooking the pool. The suite is rented on a weekly basis during the summer months. The
front bedroom has a queen bed and an easy chair. (14’ 11” x 9’ 7”) The back bedroom has a
pair of twin beds and a rocking chair. (11’ 4” x 9’ 9”) A door separates the bedrooms. The small
showered bath is in the back room. (9’ 2” x 2’ 10”)
Tuck Inn accommodations: The Teal Room
This room is generally offered seasonally. This is located upstairs in the main building; it is
equipped with a queen bed, a chaise, and a writing table. Five windows on three walls and
several area sized oriental rugs over wall-to-wall carpeting help make the room bright and
inviting. (18’ x 9’ 9”) Full bath with tub/shower. (8’ x 6’)
Tuck Inn accommodations: The Cathedral Room/Honeymoon Suite
This room is generally offered seasonally. It is upstairs in the main house and is our most eye
catching room, with a cathedral ceiling, a ceiling fan, and a large bay window. The room has a
queen bed and a day bed, a partial wall-to-wall rug and hardwood floor with area oriental rug.
(18’ 6” x 11’) Small showered bathroom. (5’ 6” x 3’ plus shower)
Tuck Inn accommodations: (#A) Studio Room
This attractive room is in the adjoining building off a large private deck. The deck has a wrought
iron table and chairs, and comfortable chairs for relaxing in the shade. The room has a queen
bed, two rocking chairs, a microwave and a small fridge. (14’ 5” x 13’ 9”) It is rented weekly
during the summer, or for shorter periods at other times of the year for a premium. Full bath
with tub/shower. (8’ 8” x 4’ 6”)
Tuck Inn accommodations: (#B) Efficiency Apartment
This comfortable two room apartment is located off a small porch in the adjoining building. The
front room has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining nook and a double bedded pull-out couch.
(13’ 7” x 12’ 3”) The back room has a double bed and a twin bed, along with a desk. (14’ x 11’
10”) The two rooms are separated by a door. The apartment is rented weekly during the
summer, and is available for shorter periods at other times of the year for a premium. Full bath
