At the Tern Inn, your vacation is not just in the accommodations, it’s the type of place where your
vacation memories are made… We are a unique inn on Cape Cod, located in Harwich, MA
where we hope to meet all of your vacation needs. We offer friendly, warm hospitality for your
relaxation during your holiday. We are not a motel, or a luxurious, romantic inn. We are a
family friendly, comfortable, sparkling clean, owner operated inn with a nice rural setting, where
all of your comforts are a top priority. We offer lodging for a short visit to recharge your
'batteries", or great little cottages, a home away from home, to spend a week or two getting to
know the area. Whatever your Cape Cod lodging needs, we can help at the Tern Inn.

Harwich, a centrally located Cape Cod village that can provide hours of boating, biking, fishing,
tennis, golfing, shopping and hiking, live theater, great restaurants, or simply great days by the
water. Ocean beaches are just 3 blocks away, and connections to Nantucket and Martha's
Vineyard are nearby. We are just minutes to Chatham, one of the Cape's favorite destinations.

Guest Rooms:
Our carefully appointed guest rooms are sure to please you when you visit the Tern Inn. Each
room is a little different, but all are sparkling clean and very comfortable. Our rooms are not too
fussy, but they are tastefully decorated with country quilts and cozy comforters. Entrances are
separate from the main house, for complete privacy

* 1 Room with King, or Twin Beds

Includes our breakfast buffet served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM daily.
Served in our lovely inn dining room, we offer muffins, bagels, toast, cereals, oatmeal, hot

In Season: $149 to $189 per night, plus tax, double occupancy Three night minimum for
holidays, two nights on weekends including Fridays, or as available.

a 9.7% sales tax. All rates subject to change.
