Harborside House offers gracious accommodations and warm hospitality in a great location.
This handsome 1850 home in the historic district overlooks picturesque Marblehead Harbor.
Guests enjoy water views from its wood-paneled parlor, period dining room and summer
breakfast porch. Two well-appointed guestrooms feature antique furnishings and period
wallpaper. The Harbor Room has twin beds; the Garden Suite with double bed includes a sitting
room with cable TV. Special features include home-baked breads and cookies, wireless
internet, beautiful gardens and patio, seasonal breakfast porch and off-street parking.
A short walk from Harborside House are antique shops, art galleries, shops of local craftsmen
as well as a variety of dining choices to suit every taste bud and budget.

Hostess Susan Livingston offers caring and friendly hospitality. Owner of this home since 1964,
she began welcoming bed and breakfast guests in 1985. She is happy to share her knowledge
of the area and its history. Mother of three grown children and Nana to two grandchildren, Susan
is a retired bridal dressmaker and calligraphist. Recreationally, she is a tandem cyclist and
nationally ranked Masters swimmer.
Children over 8 welcome. Smoke free, pet free.
Room Rates:
On Season: $95 - $125 (Discounts on stays over 4 nights)
January 1st to April 1st: $90 a night. Enjoy tea or cocoa by the parlor fireside. Watch Frostbiter
sailboats on the harbor. Savor a bowl of chowder in old town.
Reservations: Book well in advance summer, fall, and holiday weekends. Online bookings
preferred. Check availability.
Payment: Full payment required for 1-2 night stays. 50% deposit for 3 nights or more. Personal
checks accepted. Full refund (less $15 booking fee) if cancellation is at least 2 weeks prior to
arrival date.
Check-in: 2pm, Check-out: before 11am
Parking: Off-street parking available.
Restrictions: Children over 8 welcome. No pets. Smoking permitted on outdoor patio.
