Our Mashpee bed & breakfast offers three guest rooms on Cape Cod. All are spacious,
romantic, and private. The B&B is the perfect location to ask your special lady the big question,
spend your honeymoon, anniversary or birthday. For those used to beautiful settings, this spot
is the perfect home base for a week of hiking, biking, sightseeing, swimming, boating or just
well deserved R&R.
Rooms and Rates:
The Carriage Suite:
The "Carriage Suite on the Cape" is a spacious and romantic one room suite accessed by its
own entrance. Situated on an acre of natural Cape Cod land, there is a 450 foot meandering
path leading to our private shoreline on Ashumet Pond. Foliage and wildlife are abundant and
the setting is tranquil, like being "On Golden Pond."
he Carriage Suite offers a king sized bed, double whirlpool tub, wood-burning fireplace, and a
private bathroom with shower. A gourmet continental breakfast with yogurt, cereal, fruit, bread
and pastries, juice and a hot beverage is served in the room daily. With advance notice, we can
arrange for a masseuse to come to your room! Finally, for those who just can't get away from
the wired world, we have broadband ethernet/wifi allowing you to access the internet from your
suite.
The Family Suite:
Our ground-floor "Family Suite" is comprised of two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and
a day bed. Both bedrooms share access to bathroom with large standing shower, a large
sitting room with cable tv & huge screened-in porch. Ten foot ceilings and huge windows
overlook a private wooded acre and path to the lake.
The Family Suite's amenities also include radiant heat, central air conditioning, WiFi, private
entrance, dining area, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, clock radios, coffeemaker, and electric
tea kettle. Continental breakfast provided daily.
Rates:
Carriage Suite:
In season Memorial Day thru Columbus Day Weekend, and holidays and holiday weekends all
year $275 a day for double occupancy. Off season $225. We have a single person discount
Monday through Thursday except holidays at $125 a day. There is a two night minimum on
Friday and Saturday, 3 nights on long weekends.
Family Suite:
Weekly rental June - August $1800. September - May, $250 per night for use of one bedroom or
$300 per night for both bedrooms up to four person occupancy. Over four people, $25 per extra
person per night.
Payment:
When reservations are booked two months or more in advance, we require a non-refundable
deposit of one night or 50% (whichever is greater) at time of booking. We take a credit card
guarantee, it is expected that within seven days we will receive a check for the non-refundable
deposit amount. Balance can be paid by personal check, if it is received fourteen days before
arrival date. Any balance paid on arrival must be in cash or Traveler's check.

For only a $10 user fee, our female guests who want to work out can enjoy the privileges of the
beautiful gym at the USA Fitness Center for Women.

waterfront on a 200 acre lake with 129 feet of private beach are perfect for swimming, boatings,
fishing or just staring out at the birds or the stars. Six acres of woodland give all the privacy one
can desire.
* Great restaurants and movies in Famouth or Mashpee are just a short drive away. As all new
parents will attest, great restaurants and films won't be on the agenda for a long time. The
guest rooms boasts a king sized bed, wood burning fireplace and two person whirlpool tub we
jokingly call the "indoor pool." Private entrance as well. Best yet, this B&B is dog friendly, so you
can have a last romp and explain how life will soon be changing for your four legged "baby."
* The Baby Moon package includes two nights at the inn with a hearty Continental Breakfast,
chocolate covered strawberries, and a bottle of sparkling cider for $450 before Memorial Day
and $550 Memorial Day through Columbus Day weekend.
We're now generating heat and hot water on sunny days with our new solar panels. Installed by
Cotuit Solar, we're getting lots of questions about them from our neighbors and our guests. Not
only are we thrilled to be saving money & the environment, we like knowing that we're ahead of
the pack.
We are Dog Friendly B&B:
That being said, there are a few rules. We have two crates for your convenience. If you want to
go to a restaurant and leave the dog at home, you must use the crate in the suite. We
recommend that you bring whatever bedding for this crate so your dog feels at home. In your
bathroom we have a dog bowl and water dish and a welcome treat for your dog. Even the best
of dogs, in unfamiliar locations, can act unpredictably. When you are in your room, it's fine for
the dog to be free!
We also have a large kennel down by the shore so that you can leave the dog safely behind
while you are on or in our pond. If the dog barks and will disturb others, you will be asked to
keep the dog with you.
