Originally built as a stagecoach stop, our 5 rooms are all decorated with antique furnishings
including armoires, grandfather clocks, and oak beds. All rooms have private full baths, air
conditioning and a full continental breakfast buffet is served each morning.
Our location makes us convenient for day trips to places such as Acadia National Park, Bar
Harbor, Ellsworth, Belfast, the coast and many other area destinations. Outdoor activities such
as skiing/snow tubing is only 15 minutes away or 20 minutes away is the beach. We hope
you'll also take time to visit our 4,000 sq. ft. antique shop located on the first floor.

LOCATION
Only 11 miles from I-95, 10 miles from downtown Bangor, Maine and 16 miles from Bangor
International Airport. Our location allows the convenience of day trips to the coast, Belfast,
Camden, Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Ellsworth, Bangor, Sears Island Beach,
Moosehead Lake, Hermon Mountain Skiing Area, and many other popular areas.
ROOMS
Located on the second floor above our antique shop (with a separate and private entrance) are
5 distinct rooms. Three rooms have a single full size bed, one room has two full size beds,
and one with a queen size bed. All rooms have a private full bath (ensuite), air conditioning,
hair dryer, and clock radio. You will also find delicious chocolates as well as beautiful
seasonal arrangements in each room.
In order to help our guests get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and to promote
a more relaxed atmosphere, there are no individual t.v.'s in the bedrooms. However, we do
provide one in the common breakfast room.
BREAKFAST
A relaxing and casual breakfast buffet of various items are served every
morning in our Jeannette Room.
Our guests enjoy:
Fresh Brewed Coffee (regular /decaf)
Hot Tea (regular / herbal)
Juice such as Orange, Cranberry, Tomato, and Apple
Fresh Seasonal Fruit
Quiche of the Day
Hot Oatmeal and a variety of Cold Cereals

Bagels and/or English Muffins
Homemade Bakery Items such as Ann's Famous Blueberry Muffins. For those weight
conscious, ask us about our Morningstar Muffins which are a healthier alternative.
Unlike other b&bs you do not have to be at the table at 6am or miss breakfast. We simply
begin serving at 7am and keep replenishing throughout the morning. So feel free to sleep in !
THE FRANKFORT ROOM:
$90.00 per night for two people.
$20.00 per additional person.
(Room can accommodate up to 4 adults.)
THE PENOBSCOT ROOM
$65.00 per night for one person.
$75.00 per night for two people.
THE BLUEBERRY ROOM
$65.00 per night for one person.
$75.00 per night for two people.
$20.00 extra for third person (with rollaway in room.)
THE HAMPDEN ROOM
$65.00 per night for one person.

THE GENEVA ROOM (so named in loving memory of Ray's mom.)

BOOKING
Upon booking with us, a credit card number must be given to hold your reservation. A one
night fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation less then 7 days prior to your arrival with
the exception of Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Veterans Day weekends. On those holiday
weekends, cancellation must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival.
CHECK-IN POLICY (PLEASE READ)
Check-in time begins at 2:00 p.m. When you make your reservation, we do ask what time you
are planning on arriving. Therefore, if you get delayed (which we fully understand) please give
us the courtesy of a phone call. Please remember, since we are a b&b and we are by
reservation only, there is not a regular manned front desk 24 hours a day.
POLICIES
Sorry but we are not able to accommodate young children. Besides, they tend to find us very
boring.
And while we love pets, we are unable to accommodate them. Feel free to inquire about area
kennels.
In accordance with Maine state law, we are a non-smoking facility.
