Located on the waterfront in the heart of the scenic coastal town of Boothbay Harbor, our
historic Victorian Bed and Breakfast has earned the distinction as the “finest B&B on the
Waterfront.” Our luxurious seaside Inn specializes in gracious Down East hospitality, elegant
accommodations with water views, and decks overlooking Boothbay Harbor. Guests love our
convenient location, right on the water and just steps to downtown Boothbay Harbor’s shops,
restaurants and boating excursions.
From the moment you arrive at our waterfront B&B, you will be transported to a more relaxing,
romantic time. Our floral gardens and panoramic views of Boothbay Harbor compliment our
cozy comfortable inn. Guest rooms are uniquely decorated with Maine Victorian charm, while
offering the latest amenities including private baths, AC, mini-fridge and microwave, free WiFi,
phone and TV.
Our second generation family owned and operated Inn is the perfect place to stay while
exploring Boothbay, Boothbay Harbor and all that Mid Coast Maine has to offer. Begin each day
with a sunrise over the bay, fresh brewed coffee and a delicious homemade Continental

The Harbour Town Inn is a beautifully refurbished oceanfront Inn, with scenic decks and a

The Harbour Towne Inn features 12 beautifully appointed guest rooms that provide exceptional
comfort in an elegant Victorian style. Each room is uniquely decorated with romantic touches,
sumptuous bed linens, plus the modern amenities today’s travelers appreciate.
All of our Harbour Towne Inn rooms feature private baths, mini-fridges and microwaves, free hi-
speed wireless internet, satellite TV and phones. Most of our rooms offer waterfront views,
many with shared or private outside decks overlooking Boothbay Harbor (see view above).
Our finest accommodation is our luxury penthouse, which sleeps six with two separate
bedrooms. The Penthouse offers guests a more modern top floor setting including a generous
kitchen, living room, and a spectacular private deck with arguably the best view of the harbor
and the outlying islands toward the Atlantic Ocean.
For your comfort, all of our rooms have air conditioning for those occasional warm summer
nights. Our Inn and all of our guest rooms are smoke free and pet free with everyone’s comfort
in mind. We are pleased to suggest nearby kennels for your pets.
As our guest, you are welcome to a beautiful prepared Continental breakfast and freshly
brewed coffee each morning. Our harbor front porch, parlor area and spacious living room with
fireplace are all popular spots for guests to relax, unwind and share their day’s adventures with
new friends and the Innkeeper.

Harbour Towne Inn is a smoke free, pet free Inn, for the comfort of all of our guests.
Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy basis and exclude holiday & special events or
weekend rates.
*2 Bedroom Penthouse Suite - Minimum Stay required most dates.
For each additional person in a room, add $30 (Penthouse $50 spring/$75 summer/fall) per
day.
Cribs or folding beds are available at $25 per day in addition to above.
Higher rates may apply on weekends, holidays and special events; please inquire.
Guest parking in our private off street lot on the waterfront accommodates one automobile per
room/unit, and parking is free of charge for one vehicle.
Guests must be responsible for all children, visitors and/or friends while on the property,
including waterfront, dock and float facility.
Reservation Deposits:
For 1 and 2 night stays an advance a deposit of one night's rate is required. For stays of three
or more nights, a deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation is required.
Deposits must include Maine State Lodging tax.
Deposits are applied to the last day(s) of your reserved stay.
Your canceled check or credit card charge with reservation agreement is your receipt.
Advance Reservations are always recommended
Specific rooms cannot be guaranteed on reservations for less than 2 days.
Arrival and Departure: Check in is at 3 p.m., Check out is at 10 a.m.
Cancellations: Cancellations received with 14 days advance notice (28 days for the Penthouse)
will result in the return of your deposit, less a $25.00 ($50.00-75.00 Penthouse) cancellation
charge for each room/unit.
Off Season Reservations: If you are interested in spending time with us during the early spring
or late fall, very pleasant, quiet times of year in this coastal village, we offer a number of special
