The Atlantic Birches Inn is a elegant yet casual Romantic, Historic, Victorian Bed and Breakfast
in Old Orchard Beach Maine. The Inn is perfect for Small Weddings, Honeymoons, Vow
Renewals, Engagement Surprises, Anniversaries, Elopements, Family Reunions, Vacations,
Ladies Weekends, Family & Holiday Gatherings, and Weekend Getaways at the Beach. This
Old Orchard Beach Inn is comprised of two buildings, the Victorian Main House built in 1903
by renowned Architect John Calvin Stevens during the beaches heyday, and the 1920’s
Bungalow called The Cottage. All guest rooms are sunny, unique and comfortably decorated
with antiques.
Choose from a cozy, romantic room for two to a two-bedroom suite for a family of five. Our Old
Orchard Beach Lodging offers newly renovated one-bedroom kitchenette suites are also
available. All rooms have private bathes, air-conditioned and are non-smoking.
Each building has 5 beautiful guest rooms available for your enjoyment all rooms have been
named after the Grand Hotels that existed in Old Orchard Beach at the time of the Inn’s
construction. Located on a quiet tree lined corner, quests can easily walk a minute to shops
and restaurants, and 2 minutes to the Pier, Amusement area and 7 miles of beautiful white

an Anniversary, Vow Renewal, Elopement, Honeymoon, Marriage Proposal, Engagement or a
Romantic getaway. A wedding ring quilt covers the cast iron queen four poster bed, set in a
semi-circle of five windows that offer a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean and morning sunrise
through the birch trees. The room is decorated a white and blue cherub wallpaper with a
fainting couch, queen Anne chair antique wedding dress and various antique marriage
licenses. Located in the Main House on the 2nd floor. Private bathroom with shower.
The Velvet:
Our most spacious room has a crocheted Canopy Queen bed, and a day bed that can open up
to two twin beds. The room is tastefully decorated with antiques, Victorian oak dresser and
chest, an oak Queen Anne writing table. This room has two large windows that face our well-
maintained lawn and offers a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean and morning sunrise. The
bathroom for this room is detached from the room it is a private bathroom for this room only,
(bathtub with shower) right outside the room. We provide robes for this room. This room is
located in the main house 2nd floor
The Fiske
This warm and welcoming room with a maroon wrought iron four-poster king bed, is truly fit for
a king. Decorated with Victorian maroon and beige wall paper.This room has two large
windows in the bedroom that overlook our side lawn area. Located in the Main House on the
2nd floor. Private bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The Alberta
One of our favorite rooms antique wrought iron Queen bed and Twin bed with matching pieced
quilts.. Decorated in a lavender and green floral theme with antique oak dresser, Queen Anne
chair and English washstand. This room is perfect for a couple that require 2 beds or a family
with a child. The bathroom has a window overlooking the pool. Located in the Main House on
the 2nd floor. Private bathroom with shower.
The Abbott
Ideal for a family or two couples traveling together. Two bedrooms third floor hideaway under
the eaves. One bedroom with Queen) bed and twin bed with matching pieced quilts and
antique furnishings, Second bedroom with Queen bed with pieced quilts and antique
furnishings. Adjoining bathroom with shower is located between the two bedrooms. Located
in the Main House on the 3rd floor. Private bathroom with shower

A very cheerful room with a antique white brass Queen bed with a plaid pieced quilt, red plaid
floral wallpaper and original white-paneled accents is definitely the fun focal point of this room
it is a perfect haven for a couple. Located at the front of the house, the window offers a glimpse
of the Atlantic Ocean. Private bathroom (bathtub and shower).
The Gables
The perfect room for the cost conscience traveler. Antique brass queen bed with pieced quilt is
set under the eaves with light pink and white wallpaper decorated with antique furniture that
creates an airy atmosphere a perfect haven for a couple. Located in the Cottage the window
overlooks the rear sundeck that offers a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean and our wooded back
yard. Private bathroom (bathtub and shower).

decorated in light blue, yellow and white with a nautical \seashore cottage theme. The

Kitchenette with eating and cooking utensils, appliances include, refrigerator, 2 burner stove,
microwave, and toaster, coffeemaker and kitchen table. A Futon (double bed) full sleeps 2
additional adults comfortably. Private bathroom with (shower). Located in the Cottage first floor
with a private entrance.
