Conveniently located across the street from Central Park, our Louisville, Kentucky bed and
breakfast is just a few blocks off I-65 and only minutes from Louisville International Airport.
Churchill Downs, Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center, and the University of Louisville are just a
few blocks to the south. Downtown Louisville and the Riverfront are 10 to 15 blocks north on S.
4th Street, making Central Park Bed and Breakfast central to the many activities available in the

Listed on the National Historic Register, this magnificent three-story residence, constructed in
1884, displays an ambiance of fine period furnishings and examples of exquisite hand
craftsmanship. Our historic Old Louisville neighborhood features America’s largest collection of
Victorian homes and is a wonderful step back in time. A perfect location whether your travels are
for business or pleasure.
Central Park Bed & Breakfast has a total of 18 rooms and 11 fireplaces. The 7 guestrooms are
decorated with period antiques and furnishings, yet contain many modern comforts. Each room
offers a work desk with private telephone and high-speed Internet access, cable TV/VCR/DVD,
fireplaces and private en-suite bathrooms.
With Central Park located out our front door, this area offers opportunities for both rest and
relaxation, whether you enjoy walking, jogging, playing tennis, or just watching the world go by.
Or, if you prefer a more private atmosphere, relax in a rocking chair on the back porch
overlooking the gardens and tranquil fishpond. You'll find common areas that are great for
relaxing or getting to know other guests. And in the morning you will awaken to the soft aromas
of a delicious and creative breakfast prepared for serving fireside in our formal dining room.

The Parkside is an inviting room overlooking Central Park. This Victorian Queen bedded room is
so easy to relax in, whether in front of the cozy fireplace or in the sparkling white garden soaking
tub w/shower.
The Parkside is furnished with an armoire, two fireside chairs, cable TV, 42" flat panel LCD TV,
1080p DVD, writing desk wireless high speed internet connection. No Children under 12

The Park View:
Awaken to a view of Central Park through the grand double windows highlighted by lace curtains
and flowered yellow wall covering. A queen size bed offers a great view of both the fireplace and
the cable TV/VCR/DVD.
Furnishings include two reading chairs, armoire, writing desk with wireless high speed internet
connection. The en suite bathroom includes a pedestal sink and full shower.

The Peacock:
The Peacock room is a wonderful queen bedded room decorated in beautifully appointed wall
covering with red highlights. A down cushioned sofa offers comfortable viewing of the cable
TV/VCR/DVD and glowing fireplace.
Furnishings also include a magnificent queen size full tester canopy bed, a full-sized European
armoire, writing desk with wireless high speed internet access plus a large en suite bathroom
with his and her sinks and a tub with multi head shower combination.

The Rose Garden:
The Rose Garden is spacious 700 sq. ft. two-room suite with a king size bed plus a twin size
bed, antique vanity, double European armoire and is decorated in rose motif. The connecting
sitting room is furnished with a victorian settee and a pair of relaxing reading chairs in front of the
fireplace, offering a tree top view of the gardens below.
The sitting room features a refrigerator, a 46" Flat screen television with cable TV and DVD
player, a writing desk, wireless high speed internet connection. The suite features a private
beautiful period style bathroom with whirlpool tub. No Children under 12 allowed. Check out our

Spacious and romantic accommodations overlooking Central Park featuring a beautiful half
tester king bed, European and American antiques, refrigerator, fireplace and comfortable sitting

The large lavish bathroom has a second working fireplace, beautiful chandelier, a fainting couch
and a large heart-shaped whirlpool tub for two.

A splendid hideaway with a treetop view of Central Park features an white iron king size bed,
mirrored double door European armoire, refrigerator, comfortable sitting area with working
fireplace and cable TV with VCR/DVD. In addition, a writing desk with wireless high speed
internet access provided.

The Carriage House
Guest Suite
Nestled behind the main house and the patio garden is a secluded suite for that special
getaway or a long-term stay, providing a pleasurable, family friendly vacation. To choose lodging
in this cozy guest house is to make some very special memories to take home with you.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including range with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage
disposal, toaster, coffee maker and a nice dinnette which seats four persons. The Carriage
House also has its own private bath with shower, loads of closet space, plus a washer and
dryer downstairs.
The suite offers a king sized bed with a large sitting area including two oversized leather chairs
which convert to twin sized beds for additional sleeping arrangements. Included are, 26"
television with cable TV, VCR/DVD players, writing desk with phone and wireless high speed
internet connection.
As this unit is fully equipped and offers a maximum of privacy, it can be available for those
families with small children (check with inn-keepers on special breakfast service).” Surcharges
