The Alberghino is located in Florence at the first floor of an 1800's building, in a quiet
street off the Florence center.
It has all the main characteristics of a small, family run hotel. The rooms are very
charming and elegantly furnished and are equipped with all the comforts of Florentine
hospitality together with in room facilities for breakfast, tea & cofee making and snacks.
The owners of the Alberghino B&B are antiquarians and they wanted each room to have
its own personality which is expessed through the design and decor.
The B&B is located 200 meters away from Florence Central Railway Station and 400
meters away from the historic center of Florence where you can admire the beautiful
monuments and various other places of cultural interest.
The Fortezza da Basso (Florence's expo center) and the Palace of Congresses are both
located within 150 meters from the Alberghino.
Rooms:
The green bedroom:
The green bedroom is comfortable and as relaxing as a room in your own home. It has a
double bed, a single bed in the corner, a large armchair, breakfast corner and other
comforts. It is equipped with mini-bar, color TV, wireless connection, individually regulated
air conditioning and heating, a private bathroom with shower and hair dryer, together with
a safe for your valuables.
The duck bedroom:
The duck room is so named after the late 19th century watercolour which hangs over the
single bed.
We discovered this charming antique in a small market in Vienna.
The entrance to this room is through a small hall off which the bathroom opens.
The room is very spacious and it remains comfortable and pleasant even when you add
another single bed to the double and single beds which are already there.
The beige bedroom:
The beige bedroom welcomes you with a special tranquillity wich comes from the fact that
it overlooks the back garden, the elegant colours of its decor and the neutral hues of
contemporary style.
The blue bedroom:
The blue bedroom also offers its own relaxing space which welcomes the visitor after a
day spent sightseeing around the town.Its comfort are typical of the Alberghino and the
soft blue, grey and white colour scheme invites you to relax and refresh yourself.
The small apartment:
The Alberghino also has a small apartment with an entrance via a small hall. It is bright
and light, with a French window and a balcony overlooking the back garden.The large
bathroom also overlooks the garden.The bedroom can be used as a living room by folding
away the double bed.The kitchen corner has two burners, a sink, a microwawe oven,
tableware and a fridge with freezer.
Self Catering Apartment:
The loggia with view of the Florence Cathedral dome: this flat on the fourth floor (no lift) of
a historical palace notified, offers you such outstanding sight.
Starting from the important hall and up the stone stairs you reach the 80 square meter
apartment, just restored.
The interior designers Letizia and Luigi took care of the furniture, the choice of materials
and of colours; though respectful of the history of this ancient residence, they employed
furniture and final touches of modern trend.
The small hall leads into the living-room, out of whose windows you can enjoy the
spectacular sight
of the Cathedral (S. Maria del Fiore), Piazzale Michelangelo, the Basilica of Santa Croce
and many others.
The living-room, main point of this home, is furnished with a comfortable angular sofa
(convertible into a large double bed), with a crystal dinner-table for six people in a corner of
the room and an exposed self-contained kitchen.
The double room looking on to the Cathedral and the roofs of Florence, is spacious and
silent. The bath-room equipped with shower is self-contained.
Silence, peace and brightness are the unequalled features of this flat, due to its looking
on to inside gardens.

In Marina di Pietrasanta, at 800 meters by the shore, is located this nice little flat with three
bed rooms (one double, one with a double divan bed, and one with two overlapped single
beds), two bath rooms, living and small garden. The flat is nicely fully furnished and
allows silence and relax; it is part of a house built in the fifties with other three locations.
All services are close to the house, including bike rentals.
