Our properties are home stays, or as we like to say they are your home away from home.
You can order any type of meal when you want, or can supervise our staff to prepare your
own recepie. You can order breakfast when ever you want, watch a DVD from our
collection, or rent one locally, read any book and or request any regular service that you
would consider at your home, when you want and how you want. You can even order from
a local resturant, and have our staff pick-it-up or have the resturant owner deliver it.

Tej abode which is our premier flag property, came into existance just a over a year ago on
Feb 14th 2007. It has already notched many guests from all over the globe including some
high profile people such as a former US ammbasador, high executives of Multi-national
companies, UN Agencies and other NGO's such as Ford Foundation.
The property gets its name from the owners Mothers nickname, Tej. She has passed
away but she left a legacy both in this property and with the owners of truly reaching out to
people from all areas of the world, walks of life and instilling the principals of inter-cultural
understanding.
The Owners
The owners Bhawna Singh and Vikram Atwal, them selves have travelled extensively, lived
in NYC for many years, hence understand the need of people from many walks of life,
when it comes to provising a high quality lodging. They are almost around so the guests
can interact with them in person, or at least on the phone, and they ensure that they help
the guest with many other areas of their visit to New Delhi.
The owners also have made a commitment towards enviornmental causes by reducing
their own carbon footprint, and staring various policies to make thier properties more eco-
friendly.
Environmental Initiatives:
1) Reduction of plastic water bottles, plastic bags etc.
2) Conversion to CFL lighting, and also some LED
3) Setting Up Rainwater harvesting
The owners are setting up other properties under their brand Vylodging (Visualize YOUR
Lodging). Some of the other properties are service apartments, other bed and breakfast
and a boutique hotel. They are also starting dedicated corporate guest houses.

Deluxe:
Size: 180 - 250 SqFt of Luxurious Living

Empress
This elegantley appointed room, is about 350Sq. Ft, with seprate couch seating, fridge,
large TV with Cable and DVD player. It has a lot of light during the day, thus making one
feel full of energy. It also has art-work from the Mugal royal era. The bed is a single king
size bed.
Le Bleu
This elegantley appointed room, is about 300Sq. Ft, with seprate couch seating, fridge,
large TV with Cable and DVD player. It supports a rich vibrant blue wall, with art-work from
various Indian artists, including prints from MF. Hussain. The bed can be split into a twin,
or a joined to be a single king size bed.
Le Rot
This elegantley appointed room, is about 220Sq. Ft, with Writing Desk, chari, TV with
Cable. It supports a rich vibrant red wall, with art-work from black and white photography
of Delhi, to traditional Indian prints. The bed is a single queen size bed.
Le Fleur
This elegantley appointed room, is about 200Sq. Ft, with Writing Desk, chari, TV with
Cable. It supports a rich curtains and upholstery with flower motifs, and has flower prints
on the wall. The bed can be split into a twin, or a joined to be a single queen size bed.

Our Neighbourhoods
Tej’s abode, is centrally located in the posh residential centre of Greater Kailash 2, in
South Delhi. Just minuets distance on foot from one of the most happening markets. For
food connoisseurs it offers some of the Delhi’s top restaurants such as Diva, China
Garden, M-52. For party goers there are two lounge bars Smoke House Grill, Kuki's, Neu
Deli and RPM. For the fitness freaks there are two hi end gym’s that is Talwakars and
Olympia. For fast food, there is Dominos, Subway, Bennighans etc. Than for the shopping
freak the traditional GK1 market is 5 minutes driving distance, or the new Malls in Saket
are also 5 minutes. For nature lovers there are few large and small parks all within 1 - 5
minutes walking distance. SO come and enjoy a regular up-scale delhi neighbourhood.
