Chantal and Jean-Claude invite you to stop for a pleasant stay at this charming place and
finally find time to enjoy life to the full. You will stay near hiking trails, horse trails, a VTT course
and next to the beautifull communal forest of Greasque stretching over 320 hectares.

Guest Room:
You will appreciate the lovely bright and airy room which would offer you all the comfort you
seek. It is decorated with care and has a fine bathroom next-door with a shower cabine
equipped with hydromassage as well as sanitary equipment.
You will be amiably received by the attentive hosts who might come to pick you up at the train
station or at the airport if you would like to be picked up.
They will advise you on the most beautiful excursions in the vicinity: la Chaîne de l'Etoile, le
Tholonet, la Sainte Victoire, le Luberon, la Sainte Beaume as well as many others.
RATES:
Low Season: from November to March, except bank holidays, long weekends and school
holidays.
Mid-season: from April to June and to September to October, bank holidays, long weekends
and school holidays.

PAYMENT
Chèques-Vacances ANCV, cash Euros, credit card after February 2009 (maybe),
cheque and bank transfer under conditions, bons “escales de charme”
CONDITIONS
30 percent at booking, balance at arrival.
Cancellation is required 72 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in non refund of
deposit.
Room is a non smocking area and it is not possible to eat and to cook in there.
Pets are allowed after authorization, under condition and require extra charge.
Barbecue and acces to summer kitchen –sink and dishes - available under conditions and
extra charge.
SCHEDULES
Arrival: from 5PM to7PM (other schedule possible after agreement). Departure: 11 AM
In case of arrival outside the agreed schedule, thanks you to tell as soon as possible.
Location:
The villa is on the edge of the village of Gréasque. Active tenants will enjoy the tennis courts,
outdoor exercise area, a training ground… Others will discover the Helly d’Oisel Mining
Museum, an outdoor theatre, the provençal market…
At close proximity you could visit historical cities such as: Aix-en-Provence (15 mn) with its
thermal baths, its Gallo-Roman vestiges and its famous Festival of Lyric Art in July, Marseilles
(25 mn) with its picturesque Old Port and its Cathedral “Notre Dame de la Garde” overhanging
the city and the islands, Cassis (25mn) a small port of Provence, with its magnificent beaches
and calanques.
At less than an hour away, you will discover the best sites of Roussillon, the Camargue, the
Gorges du Verdon, Avignon.
A little further along the Riviera you can visit Cannes (1 h), Nice (1 h45) and Principality of
Monaco (2 h).
