Welcome to "L'Abri-Côtier"
"L'Abri-Côtier" is modern and specially designed by us to provide our guests with a high level
of comfort and relaxation. It is south facing and has great views over our landscaped garden,
our pond, the Auge Valley and Normandy countryside.
We have 4 spacious bedrooms each has a television, free WiFi internet access and their own
private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, towel warmer, WC and hand basin.
We offer excellent facilities for your relaxation - heated swimming pool, sun loungers, strolls
in the landscaped garden, sun terraces, sauna, billiards, guest lounge, picnic tables and
BBQ facilities - which you can see in our Photo Album and For Your Relaxation..
There are so many places to visit and things to do - all near by. Honfleur, Deauville, Trouville,
Lisieux, the sea, sandy beaches, picturesque villages, local markets, shops, and magnificent
countryside are all within 15 minutes from "L'Abri-Côtier".
The D-Day Landing Beaches, Bayeux, Caen, Etretat and Rouen are less than an hour away.
In addition to the traditional B&B stays, we also offer the exclusive hire of L'Abri-Côtier with
"L'Abri-Côtier Just For You" and personalised "Gift Vouchers" to offer.
Our Spacious Bedrooms
We have three spacious bedrooms :
"Elise" (28m²) is on the 1st floor with an independent entrance, south facing balcony with a
panoramic view over our landscaped garden and the Auge Valley. "Elise" also has a large
double bed (160x200cm), television, free WiFi internet access. private bathroom with large
walk-in shower, W.C. hand basin towel warmer.
"Emily" (25m²) is also on the 1st floor with an independent entrance and views over our
landscaped garden and the Auge Valley."Emily" also has a double bed (140x190cm)
television, free WiFi internet access. private bathroom with large walk-in shower, W.C. hand
basin towel warmer.
"Guillaume" (30m²) is on the ground floor with easy direct access from the garden."
Guillaume" has a double bed, (160x200cm), a double sofa bed, television, free WiFi internet
access, private bathroom with a large walk in shower, WC and towel warmer. « Guillaume »
also has en suite access to a private breakfast room with a splendid view over our
landscaped garden and the Auge Valley.
We can install a supplementary bed in the rooms if required.

For the comfort of our guests, we have a policy of "Non Smoking" in all the bedrooms and in
the house. We regret that we do not have the necessary facilities to accept pets.
Family suite
From the outset "Alice" was specifically designed as our Family Suite being able to
comfortably accommodate 5 people.
"Alice" (45m²) is on the first floor, faces west with views over the country side, our lawn and
our vegetable garden!
"Alice" has two double beds and a single bed, television and free Wifi internet access. There
are plenty of cupboards and draws to put things away. There is also a desk and armchair,
dressing table and chair.
The bathroom is very spacious with a large walk-in shower, W.C., hand basin, towel warmer,
electric point, mirror and outside window.
"Alice" is away from the other guest bedrooms so as not to bother them just in case the
children wake up early and want to watch the television in the room. There is plenty of space
to put the family's affaires away.

We will do our utmost to ensure that your stay with us is as enjoyable as possible.
We offer a warm welcome, friendly and efficient service, comfortable surroundings, excellent

the occasional chauffeur if you want to eat in Pont L'Évêque without worrying about drinking
and driving.
Guests are welcome to use our facilities within the usual rules of courtesy..

The exclusive hire of "L'Abri-Côtier" has proved very successful with families, friends and
companies who are looking for more than a traditional B&B to spend a few days together. to
enjoy exclusively and at any time of day (or night!)
When you book all 4 rooms for a minimum of 2 nights, the price of your stay includes the
Exclusive Use of all the facilities laid out on the "For Your Pleasure" page - heated swimming
pool, sun loungers, sauna etc -but also
• The possibility of your own menu for Breakfast or Brunch
• The possibility of a "Caterer" for your evening meal at the "L'Abri-Côtier
• The Bar and Fridge for cocktails/aperitif
• The use of the Billiard Table and Pinball
• Any Special Requests for flowers, fruit, champagne in the rooms etc.
Our price for the exclusive hire of "L'Abri-Côtier" is 400€ per night for 8 people and 20€ for
each additional person with a maximum of 14 people.
We also have "Gift Vouchers" as a unique present to offer, say, parents for their Wedding
Anniversary or a birthday. "Gift Vouchers" include the breakfasts and use of all our facilities.
Just send us the text of the message that you would like to send and we will edit for your
approval a personalised colour Brochure as the Gift Voucher to offer to the recipients.
According to your wishes and budget we can also add in the bedroom champagne on ice,
flowers, fruit, chocolates etc.
Our prices for the 2 night gift vouchers are 170€ in "Emily", 180€ in "Guillaume" and "Alice"
and 190E in "Elise".
Included in all our prices are breakfast and the use of all our facilities - the heated swimming
pool, sun loungers, free WiFi access, TV's in the rooms, the pond, garden and furniture and
we will even lend you plates, glasses etc if you would like a picnic or BBQ in the garden.
With both "L'Abri-Côtier just for you" and the "Gift vouchers", we are there in the background to
ensure everything runs smoothly and to our guests' satisfaction

Our prices are on the basis of 2 people sharing. Our prices go from 80€ to 98€ per night
according to the room and the number of nights.
