Welcome at "La Marrronnière"
A lovely property on the Sarthe river, calm and protected. You can take a walk along the river
right from our front door. A great escape just 250 km from Paris.
A beautiful location, surrounded by gardens and on the river’s edge. La Marronnière a 17th
century small family chateau has been completely restored, with authentic charm.
Activities:
During your stay, you are welcome to enjoy bicycles near the sarthe river, ping-pong table,
badminton.
Rooms:
THE COQUELICOT ROOM
The Coquelicot room, which breaks up like a small apartment with its entry, its room, its corner
living room and its bathroom separated, it will make you benefit from his sight giving on the
river and the sunny terrace. The bathroom is equipped with woodworks.
On the ground, floor tiles of Eastern style. Shower bath-tub, the privative toilets are independent.
THE BUTTERFLY ROOM
The butterfly room is a lovely traditional room airy and open, also over looking the river.
The bathroom with bath and shower is warm and cosy. independents toilets.

How to join us?
From Paris ( 260 km )
Take the autoroute A11, towards Nantes, exit 11 (Durtal) At the traffic circle take the direction
Daumeray (D859) A few kilometres after Daumeray, in the village Le Porage take a left on the
D52 torwards Etriché. When you get to Etriché continue the D52 to Tiercé, in Tiercé take the
D74 to Cheffes sur Sarthe, when you get to Cheffes follow signs "La Marronniere"
From Angers ( 25 km )
or Nantes ( 100 km )
Angers Castle, towards Paris (A11), exit 14B 'Tiercé', take on the D52 towards Tiercé, and in
the village Tiercé towards Cheffes sur Sarthe.
From Laval ( 60 km )
