Welcome in this former house situated in the middle of vineyards.
On the facade, in the entrance, the sundial marks 1786. Is it the year of the construction ?
Does a sundial say better the thruth than the hour ...?
In this period, essentially turned to the agriculture, the house had vocation of farm and
the herds of sheeps had to gaze on the surroundings, and horses too.
The region was also known for the sericiculture and every family brought up silkworms.
It is in 1998 when we fell in love at first sight with this house which kept in its thick walls
the dialogues of former days.
We restored it, we changed the distribution of internal volumes and we launched this
beautiful ship in another direction.
It is at the moment a house for reception, holidays, of good time.

The House:
Old farmhouse completely renovated with a comfortable capacity for 13-15 people
The property size is approximately 5000 sq.m

The acces gate gives to a patio shaded by acacia and wisteria

Villeddieu:
Villedieu, located 6 km from Vaison la Romaine, is a typical village, centered around its
shady place and its fountain.
The church and the remains of fortifications recall its Templar origin.
Villedieu is built on foothills overlooking the Eygues River.
Its population is approximately 500.
The activity of these is largely dominated by viticulture and wine cooperative is a major
resources of the village.
On the outside, the habitat is scattered on the surrounding hillsides and vines is
omnipresent.
Apricots, cherries and olives add other colors to the landscape.

High season from June 30 to September 1 2.900 € (price/per week)
Middle season from April 7 to June 30 2.400 € (price/Per week)
from September 1 to September 29 2.400 € (price/per week)
Low season from March 3 to April 7 2.050 € (price/per week)
from September 29 to October 27 2.050 € (price/per week)
Tax and compulsory cleaning : 150 €
Guarantee : 500 €
