Hibiscus Coffee & Guesthouse has 12 distinctly different accommodations furnished in that Old
Florida feel.
Just up the street from the sugar white sand beach and within walking distance to local eateries,
Hibiscus is the place to BE!
Hibiscus House, is home, to our cafe and to our four original guestrooms – the Turner, Magnolia
and Hibiscus rooms upstairs and the Art Deco room downstairs, which is pet friendly.
Bert’s Barn has 5 guestrooms. Downstairs are The Big Easy, which is designed to
accommodate our wheelchair-using patrons, the Funky Bird and the Old Florida. Upstairs are
the Tropical Bird and Romance Rooms, which share a spacious common area that includes a
full kitchen. These two rooms are well situated to rent together and we offer a discount for when
they are.
Hibiscus Flats – In addition to our office, Hibiscus Flats, is home to Flats Three and Four. Both
are one bedroom units with full kitchens and large flat-screen TVs.

Wedding & Special Event Venue:
Hibiscus Coffee & Guesthouse is the place to BE. Let us host your event: weddings, receptions,
bridal and groom brunches, private parties and retreats… Our wedding and musical event
venue, The Backyard of Love, is the perfect spot for any occasion and will accomodate
receptions and events of up to 120 guests, includes a sound system suited to our venue and
seating for your guests.
Please contact our Innkeeper to reserve the Backyard of Love for your special events at 850-231-
2733 or 850-502-7509. Rates are based on party size and requires the rental of guest rooms.
Catering is handled by our onsite Chef, Colin Smith or Grayton Beach Catering.
Cafe:
Open daily from 7:30-11:30 a.m.
On Sunday we also serve brunch from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m with live music in the Backyard of
Love.Start your day by doing something nice for yourself. The sky is blue and the sun is bright
and its still morning, so its not too warm out. Come on in and grab a perfect cup of one of
Organic Fair Trade coffee selections or if you’d prefer, a latte or juice.
Then step out to the courtyard, kick-back and read the paper, or take a walk around the Garden
and Backyard of Love. Maybe you can tell us how to make our sundial work. When breakfast is
ready, we’ll come find you.
With an assortment of pastries, fresh fruit salad, pancakes, our signature “Waffle Wonderful” ,
homemade quiche’s and frittata’s, smoothies and daily specials, there is something to please
every taste bud on our menu.
