The Swallows is a late Georgian house situated in an attractive residential area. Seafront and
beach are within 300 yards of our house, and Exmouth town centre and station is just a 5
minute easy walk away. If you enjoy walking, the south west coastal path follows the
magnificent coastline eastwards which now boasts world heritage status.

Accommodation
Our accommodation has five very comfortable and well appointed rooms, four en-suite, one
with a private bathroom. Rates include a delicious breakfast served in our sunny dining room
which will ensure a perfect start to your day.
Open all year, The Swallows also offers the amenity of its own limited off street parking.

Small single room with exclusive use of private bathroom, located on the second floor. All rates
include a delicious breakfast served in our sunny dining room which will ensure a perfect start

Twin bedded room with ensuite facilities. Rates include a delicious breakfast served in our
sunny dining room which will ensure a perfect start to your day.
Standard Double Room:
Double bedded rooms, some with a view of the River Exe, with ensuite facilities. Rates include
a delicious breakfast served in our sunny dining room which will ensure a perfect start to your
day.
Large Twin Room:
Lovely large twin bedded room with seating area. Ensuite facilities, flatscreen digital TV.
Located on the first floor overlooking our garden. Rates include a delicious breakfast served in
our sunny dining room which will ensure a perfect start to your day.
Triple Room:
Lovely large room with two singles and sofabed , located on the first floor. Flatscreen digital
TV. Room overlooks our garden.
Double/Twin - Single Occupancy:
