The Heron Room features a glorious water view, two large windows, a queen-size bed, tray
ceiling, and large adjoining marble bathroom. The tranquility of this room is enhanced by the
sound of gently lapping waves in the sandy alcove just beyond the north window.
Heron Bathroom
This luxurious bathroom has a granite top cabinet with double sinks, large marble shower,
closeted commode, limestone floors, walk-in closet, and French doors. The window looks out
on the small sandy alcove and distant salt marsh.

Egret Bedroom
With its magnificent water view, the Egret Room features a king-size bed (or two twin beds),
antique furnishings, and charming en suite bathroom with air jetted tub. A local artist painted
and glazed the peach-colored walls and lavender tray ceiling of this bedroom to reflect the
colors of the dramatic sunsets.

How about relaxing in a jetted tub while enjoying spectacular views of the Thimble Islands! The
tub is surrounded by windows and a deck of Stony Creek granite, blending with the seawall
beyond. The white marble sink bowl, perched on a granite counter, is paired with an elegant
shell mirror. Walls of terracotta-colored Venetian plaster and granite flooring continue into the
glass-enclosed shower.

• Take I-95 to Exit 56 - Leetes Island Rd, toward Stony Creek.
• At end of ramp turn Right onto Leetes Island Rd - go 1.5 miles
From New London and Points East:
• Take I-95 to Exit 56 - Leetes Island Rd,
• At end of ramp take left onto E. Industrial Rd
• At lights (just past Stop&Shop) take Left onto Leetes Island Rd
(you will immediately cross over I-95) - go 1.6 miles
Directions now same:
• At stop sign - cross over the intersection with CT 146
• You are now on Thimble Islands Rd - go 0.5 miles
• Turn Right onto West Point Rd (at sign for Stony Creek Field)
• West Point Rd takes immediate sharp Left (becomes private road)
• B&B at very end of road- where road forks, take the right-hand,
lower driveway - #28.
