When you want to spread out, the 700 square foot Georgianna Suite with sitting room including
turret, bedroom with king sized furniture, private bath and balcony is for you.
Like lots of privacy? Ask for the first floor Samuel Suite with sitting room, queen brass bed,
corner Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, and separate entry from the yard.
If you want privacy, space, and comfort on a budget; request our third floor Elizabeth room with
queen bed or the Charles room with full sized bed.

everyone. On the first floor, it has a private entrance.
If you want a king bed, stretch out in the second floor Georgianna suite with large sitting room,
work area in the tower, and a private balcony.
Relax and wrap yourself in the warm colors of the Margaret room, also located on the second
floor, it is the only room with fireplace and balcony.
If you're on a budget, you can be comfortable and reduce your costs by selecting either the
Elizabeth room or Charles room.

Bedroom with one king or two twin beds, dresser, nightstand, and closet plus tower alcove of
windows.
Private bathroom includes soaking tub and small shower. Alarm clock, iron, ironing board, hair
dryer, included.

Elizabeth - Third floor:

Weekdays $129 including breakfast; weekend nights $20 more. May be reserved with the

Between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. and by appointment. Early check in may be arranged with
advance notice; subject to a $25 charge. Late arrival may be arranged with advance notice.
Check Out:
Monday through Saturday = Before 11 AM. Sunday = Before 10:45 AM.
You may retain the room until 1 pm, for an additional $50 charge, if it does not conflict with other
reservations. Please make late departure requests as soon as possible.
Departure after 1:00 pm is considered another day's stay. Failure to check out before the
scheduled time without prior arrangements, will result in a minimum $25 charge.
Children traveling with Families:
Well behaved children are welcomed; subject to suite availability. Charges: $20/child/night for
over two people in a suite. Additional charges will be added for any accidents or damages. Prior
notice is required, and some dates may be unavailable.
Dog Friendly Lodging:
Advance notice required. Pet charge $20 first day, and $10 each day thereafter. Additional
charges will be added for any accidents or damages. Dog may be off leash in the room only. May
stay in the room alone if a crate is used; and it does not disturb other guests. Current
immunization records may be requested. If these guidelines are cannot be met, we will assist in
looking for other lodging for your dog.
No Smoking in the house - Please:
Our home is smoke free. Porches and balonies off some rooms (please ask) are available for
smokers. Minimum additional charge $150 for smoking in the house.
