Nestled on the Southeastern Connecticut shoreline, Fourteen Lincoln Street is a historic
church located in the coastal village of Niantic. This charming bed and breakfast is within
walking distance of pristine beaches, a seaside boardwalk and quaint downtown center.

Built in 1879, Fourteen Lincoln Street started life as a Congregational Church serving the
town of Niantic and surrounding communities until 1963. The church has weathered many
storms throughout the years, from a near devastating fire in 1927 to the loss of the steeple
during the infamous hurricane of 1938. In 1996 the building was privately purchased and
completely restored to its former glory.
Fourteen Lincoln Street now welcomes all who walk through its doors, proudly standing on a
foundation of locally quarried granite, the same which supports the Statue of Liberty. Soaring
original pressed tin ceilings, restored wide pine floors, 19th century leaded glass windows and
bountiful gardens - these beautiful New England elements grace and renew the senses in a
peaceful retreat of elegant hospitality.

Starry Night's Suite;
The Starry Night's Suite is located on the sanctuary level and is elegantly appointed with an
ornate Louis XVI headboard and King sized bed, beautiful oil paintings, oriental carpet and
crystal chandelier. Original Plein Air landscape paintings by Connecticut artist Jane Zisk.
Modern conveniences include private full bath with Jacuzzi, central air conditioning, television
with VCR, WIFI throughout the building.
Rates: May-October and Holidays $250 per night on Friday & Saturday. Weekdays $199 per
night. November-April excluding Valentine's Weekend & holidays $199 per night, Sunday
through Thursday $189 per night.
Valentine's Suite;
The Valentine's Suite is located on the sanctuary level and was named for the original owner of
the property. This suite features a carved walnut King sized four poster bed, mahogany drop
leaf desk, crystal chandelier and antique oriental carpet. Original Plein Air landscape paintings
by Connecticut artist Catherine M. Elliott. Modern conveniences include private full bath with
Jacuzzi, central air conditioning, television with VCR, WIFI throughout the building.
Rates: May-October and Holidays $250 per night on Friday & Saturday. Weekdays $199 per
night. November-April excluding Valentine's Weekend & holidays $199 per night, Sunday
through Thursday $189 per night.
Three Angel's Suite;
The Three Angel's Suite is located on the choir loft level of the original 1879 sanctuary. This
very special suite is elegantly appointed with a queen sized walnut sleigh bed, a child's day
bed, and matching armoire. Original pressed tin ceilings, cove lighting, oriental carpet and a
crystal chandelier also grace this special room. Modern conveniences include private full bath
with Jacuzzi, central air conditioning, television with VCR/DVD, WIFI throughout the building.

Rose Dream's Suite;
The Rose Dream's Suite is located on the choir loft level and is beautifully appointed with two
full sized matrimonial pewter knot beds, original pressed tin ceilings, cove lighting and a

every afternoon for you enjoyment. Chef's choice daily.

Take I-95 to Exit 74/Route 161. Turn right at the end of the ramp and follow Route 161 into
Niantic. Turn left onto Lincoln Street. Parking available in the rear of the building. Guest
entrance is the red door on the side porch.
Guest Rates:
May through October all Suites are $250 per night based on double occupancy. November
through April, excluding Valentines Weekend, all Suites are $199 per night on Friday &
Saturday, and $189 per night Sunday through Thursday, based on double occupancy. Rates
quoted exclude applicable taxes including 15% CT occupancy tax. Each additional person is
$50 per night.
Reservations:
Reservations may be secured with one night's advance deposit or half the total due for more
than two nights (excluding tax) with the balance due on arrival. There is a two night minimum
on weekends reserved during May through October unless otherwise noted.
