A cozy mountain retreat, the Woods Inn offers a central location to the most beautiful
natural attractions in Colorado. We offer everything from an intimate single bedroom with
a king-sized bed to a two- bedroom, full Kitchen unit with a loft that can comfortably sleep
12-14 people.
Our location is ideal for experiencing the wonders of the Rockies. We are
situated one block off of Main St. in downtown Frisco within walking distance of all of the
Main St. restaurants and shops. Frisco is central to five world-class ski slopes;
Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, and Vail.
In addition to fabulous cross-country skiing here in Frisco, there are numerous other
winter activities close by: dog sledding, snowmobiling, and horse-back riding, just to
name a few. Summer offers beautiful days and cool nights. There are hiking and
biking trails minutes from our front door and a lake for sailing and boating.

A very romantic and quaint room for two on the ground floor. The canopied queen bed
invites you to a peaceful nights sleep. Enjoy the kitchenette to prepare your own quiet
meal. Includes a private bath/shower,DVD/VCR player.

100, The Arboretum Room
As you enter this room you will be surrounded with plants and the tumbling sound of the
waterfall located outside the large living room window. Sitting in the living room you will
be gazing out upon the front gardens of the Woods Inn. A beautiful kitchen unit with a very
comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed and a touch of nature. This room has a living room
and dining room area to enjoy all the comforts of home. The living room has a DVD/VCR
and an outside porch. Includes a private bath/shower. Maximum Occupancy: 4.
102, The Morning Sun Room
Our outdoor fantasy décor will evoke the feeling of sleeping under the stars, but with the
full comfort of your room at home. This ground floor room boasts two queen-sized beds.

Our silver and rose décor creates an elegant and serene atmosphere to relax in. This
