Come visit our 1895 Country Victorian Bed and Breakfast just two blocks from the historic district
of Old Colorado City, a part of greater Colorado Springs, CO. Our Hearts Inn provides AAA
Approved lodging accommodations located on the historic West Side between Manitou Springs
and downtown Colorado Springs. We are conveniently located just one hour from Denver and
just 5 minutes from Seven Falls and the Garden of the Gods. We fell in love with the Pikes Peak
Region offering the finest year round tourist activities in the State of Colorado... Our Hearts were

varied dining choices, all of which is only steps from our bed and breakfast's front door. Some

from our door. Mountain hiking is nearby in the Garden of the Gods, North Cheyenne Canyon
Park and at Seven Falls. The Flying W Ranch, Ghost Town, Van Briggle Pottery, the Cheyenne
Mountain Zoo and the Broadmoor as well as many natural wonders are no more than 5 minutes

accommodations encourages a visit to the Flying W Ranch for a real chuck wagon supper and

small stakes gambling? The drive to Cripple Creek and Victor, CO, give a panoramic view of the
back side of Pikes Peak and many abandoned gold mines as well as a modern day mining

Our comfortable antique style surrounds our guests with nostalgic resurgence that is currently
fashionable. Pat's custom stenciling throughout the house highlights the original lathe and
plaster nine-foot walls. BB, our friendly resident Parakeet, reminds those vacationers with
allergies to cats and kittens that we are a cat-free B&B! We love those furry felines too...just don't
have one in residence! Our newest addition to our family does give those pet lovers a warm body
to snuggle! Ginger is our newly adopted Welsh Corgi (mix).
Off-street parking is provided behind the old-fashioned cottage gardens. The cottage gardens
provide fresh flowers to greet you and your family in your room summer through fall. Our location
is a safe neighborhood within walking distance to the Historic District in the Heart of Old
Colorado City, the west side of Colorado Springs.

Colorado" inspired us in creating romance for you western style in Hearts Out West. Western
memorabilia with space, privacy and a mix of both new and antique furnishings create a
separate and private getaway. Enjoy a gas fireplace in the main area plus a unique Electric
Western Fireplace in the bedroom, Jacuzzi tub-for-two, and a kitchen (full stove) appropriate for
weekly rentals/vacation use.
Amenities also include a TV with VCR & Cable, our favorite "western movies," AC, phone, CD
player, full kitchen facility and living room with twin sleeper sofa & twin flip-out chair approriate for
